The Pump-House offers studio accommodation for up-to two people and is located within the gardens at Little Fisher Farm. The self contained studio property has the option of either two single beds or a super-king double. A kitchen and en-suite shower bathroom are located at one end. Views are to the west over the gardens and the surrounding farmland. Little Fisher Farm provides luxury rural accommodation surrounded by a large 3 acre private garden & farmland. Beautiful outhouse in Bosham village. 5 minute walk to Bosham Harbour and a 10 minute drive into Chichester and 15 minute drive to Goodwood. Enjoy the privacy of your own space with an exclusive eating area on the rear patio which has a table and sun loungers. Free parking available (10 min walk to Bosham train station and 7 min walk to Crate Cafe and the local Coop). You also have Marwicks restaurant on your doorstep. Very peaceful and close to everything you will need for your stay!

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

Cornerstones, Harbour Village House

Cornerstones is a large bright family holiday home with a south facing garden. A perfect location for boating, walking, beach activities and cycling. Convenient for Chichester, Goodwood and within walking distance of some lovely pubs and cafes. There are some beautiful walks from the house which include harbour footpaths. Local maps in the house. The log cabin is a great place for teens. Weekend bookings must include both Friday and Saturday.

The Annex is located in the village of Birdham, on the edge of the South Downs National Park, and is a fantastic base from which to explore the local area and all it has to offer. There is something for everyone with beautiful beaches, woodland walks, Goodwood Race Course and the historic city of Chichester all just a short distance away.
