Stay a stone’s throw from Shakespeare’s Birthplace

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

This hideaway home is a special little gem, tucked away in the heart of this beautiful historic town. This newly renovated grade 2 listed apartment is surrounded by striking period architecture, the building itself originally dates back to circa 1600. It is said to have been the home of Richard Quiney, a contemporary of Shakespeare.

There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

Our wonderfull characterful Hut is a great place to bring your Paddleboard or canoe on the River Avon. We are commited to an off grid, sustainable experience. Wild swimming ramp. Barbeque, camp fires and open air is what we are about. It is rough and it is ready. There is a Hut, a large Bell tent and a land-locked cabin cruiser all of which you may use. Cooking is on the campfire and two burner stove. Do something different this weekend!
