Reverse cycle aircon in family/dining area & bedrooms.Two bedrooms have queen beds both with built in robes and ceiling fans while third bedroom has trundle bed in single size, plus desk. There is a Porta cot with linen that can be set up, plus a high chair and stroller if needed. Quality bed linen, pillows, doonas, bath & beach towels are provided.

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Unlock the door to something special – our house has been luxuriously furnished and decorated to create one of the most unique properties in the area. A calm, cozy and bright space a short 10 minute stroll away from Dalyellup Beach. Lay in your bed and listen to the waves roll in. A home among the gum trees Enjoy this peaceful stay with cozy wood fire for winter and generous deck for summer. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.

The Deli House on Charles

The Deli House A quaint cottage attached to one of Bunbury's old Icons The Charles Street Deli. This cosy home has full kitchen facilities, new bathroom/laundry facilities although we retained the SHOWER ABOVE THE BATH in keeping with the era. This may not suit the elderly. It has a large secure backyard & plenty of parking for cars, boats. Walking distance to Centrepoint Shopping Centre, town centre, great cafes, restaurants, cinemas & the Entertainment Centre.

This beautifully presented beach house with a large balcony offering views to the ocean and the wetlands. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the beach access where you can drive along the white sandy beach and meets the mouth of the Capel River. Enjoy fishing, snorkelling, swimming or relaxing at Peppy Beach. Please note:- All long weekends are a minimum of 3 night stay except Easter which is a minimum of 4 nights.
