It can be closed off and you'll have all the privacy you'll need. But, I live downstairs and we share the frontdoor & hallway during your stay, so it is not a place for parties and loud groups.

You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Ook het stadstrand is zeer dichtbij. In de woning aanwezig o.a. volledig uitgeruste keuken, tv, wifi, airco, bluetooth in de badkamer etc. Kortom, heerlijk genieten aan het water!

It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for € 15,00 per day. (normal is € 50,00 a day in Utrecht!)
