This is our smart terrace right in the heart of The Dukeries area of Hull. Our neighbourhood is a close satellite of the city centre - the station and St. Stephens are only a few minutes' drive away. The area is full of late Victorian character with Prince's Avenue just at the top of our street, offering trendy shops, bars and restaurants. We want our house to be, despite the cliché - a home from home. It is equipped with everything a family (or two couples) may need for a short or long stay.

This spacious country house with a hot tub, sauna, BBQ, multi gamed pool table with table tennis and hockey. Located 10 minutes from Beverley, five minutes from the race course and easy access to the Yorkshire wolds, with walks, cycle routes and top quality restaurants. There will be something for everybody. York and it's many attractions is less than 30 miles and the nearest beach 35 minutes away.

Beverley home is spacious , in a peaceful area, central to amenities and family friendly less than 5mins in car from beverley centre,5 mins in car to castle hill hospital and 20 min to hull university. It has 3 bedrooms,1 main bathroom, an ensuite and a ground floor toilet. It has utility room,kitchen dinner and lounge area.There is free parking for 1 car and free on street parking. It is near a supermarket,mcdonalds,filling station and takeaway shops nearby. Self check in/check out service.

A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.
