One of a kind artist owned and designed cottage in heart of East-West Asheville. Walkable to restaurants/shops, 2 miles from downtown and 5 minutes to Biltmore Estate. TWO beds total. The cottage has a Moroccan vibe and includes handmade pottery, art, and textiles. Walls are clay plaster and all bedding is cotton. Eco friendly cleaning supplies used. The Cozy Cottage boasts a welcoming modern farmhouse decor as well as a quaint and calming atmosphere. Enjoy a cup of hot tea as you sit on the front porch and take in the gorgeous mountain views. Recently thoroughly remodeled and upgraded in summer of 22. We now have central heating and air, 6 person Hot tub, brand new huge fire pit, new washer and dryer, and all new furniture.
