Gæstehuset har egen indgang og er med fuld køkken samt et badeværelse. Køkken, stue og sove afdeling er et stor rum, men sove afdeling er adskildt med en halv mur. Der er ikke langt til mange seværdigheder som fx Legoland, Lego House, Lalandia, WOW Park og Givskud Zoo. Af husdyr er der hunde, katte og heste på ejendommen. Lejligheden har selvstændig indgang. Der er gratis parkering.
