Big house with pool, jacuzzi, close to the sea

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

Hus vid badvik

Huset ligger i direkt anslutning till en mysig och barnvänlig badvik med bryggor och sandstrand, Börja dagen med ett morgondopp. Ta frukosten i trädgården. Njut av havsutsikten och fågelkvittret. Kanske en tur med kajaken. Och avsluta dagen i bubbelpoolen efter en grillning på altanen. Vill du kombinera med stadslivet i Göteborg kör du dit på 15 minuter. Ännu närmre till stora shoppingcenter. Här får du uppleva Göteborgs unika skärgård samtidigt som du har tillgång till Göteborgs övriga utbud.

Vill ni kombinera västkustens charm med klippbad o hav tillsammans med Göteborgs puls är detta boendet för er! Vårt hus ligger på gränsen mellan Billdal och Kullavik med närhet in till Göteborg! Välj själv hur du vill spendera din tid. Här finns möjlighet att vara i vår vackra natur med både hav, skog och sjö. Ca 20 minuters rask promenad ner till charmiga badvikar, samtidigt som bussen som tar dig in till stan stannar ett stenkast från huset och tar dig in till Göteborg på ca 20-30 minuter!

Charming Oasis in the heart of central Gothenburg

Njut av en lyxig och rymlig lägenhet på 110 kvm på översta våningen i en av Göteborgs mest centrala privata villor. Nyrenoverad och omgiven av grönska och en rymlig trädgård. Just nu, våren 2026, har en häck planterat runt delar av tomten. Tre dubbelsängar, på loftet står de särade, fullt utrustat kök, öppen spis, 65-tums TV och en hemtrevlig atmosfär. Takhöjden på sovloftet är ca 190 cm. Gångavstånd till shopping, Liseberg, Scandinavium, Avenyn etc. Caféer och restauranger i nära.

Välkommen till ett nybyggt hus i lummig trädgård med egen uteplats där det finns grillmöjligheter. Huset har öppen planlösning med komplett kök och två sängar varav en på ett loft samt toalett med tvättmaskin 1 minuts gångavstånd till närmaste busshållsplats som tar dig in till centrala Göteborg på 30 minuter. 10 minuter gång till härliga badvikar. Nya Hovås 10 minuter bort med buss eller bil. Här finns en stor matbutik, flertalet restauranger samt caféer, apotek och systembolag.
