It is a great place to start your northern journey or a base for your trip to Tiritiri Matangi Island wildlife sanctuary. It is minutes to many local beaches, ten minutes to Gulf Harbour and 10 - 15 minutes to Orewa and the motorway.

The home is within 35 minutes to Auckland City.

Unwind on your spacious deck, equipped with BBQ facilities, and soak up the relaxed atmosphere. 5 minutes drive to Stanmore Bay Beach Coast Plaza shopping etc. Say hello to Toby our charming Amstaff resident. Upstairs apartment is a large, 2-bedroom house, with spacious living room, tv room, private bathroom and full kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and private back deck. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.
