This unit has three spacious rooms. Two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and the other a queen bed. And the upstairs/loft bedroom has its own queen bed. The main floor bathroom has a large custom tiled shower with a stacker washer and dryer.

We were one of the first four Airbnbs in our city twelve years ago and have hosted folks from all over the world. We lowered our rates for the winter season. This is a beautiful one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, living room, dining area. Bedroom has queen bed. Also queen hide-a-bed in living room. Private entrance & off-street parking. We welcome you to the Rusty Relic. This unique Montana retreat includes a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath top floor unit of a duplex. This space has that classic old-time feel with gorgeous, well-preserved hardwood flooring and the arched entrances will guide you from one room to the next. The Relic overlooks a backyard that is landscaped for your enjoyment and relaxation which includes a new hot tub (note this shared between multiple rental units).

Hospital Corridor Apartment

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This house was originally built in 1900, then moved to Billings from Broadview in the 1940s. I bought the house in 2004, when my daughter was small, and have lived here ever since. It is a work in progress. Between 2010-13, I had the basement remodeled. I love the yard, and in the summer, I spend a good part of my day outside working in it.
