We had the most relaxing stay at Emily and Bo’s home. The pictures and description are totally accurate. The house was fantastic, nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a peaceful neighborhood. We really enjoyed the lanai area, pool and spa, and being right on the canal was the best! Manatees swimming by, kayaking out to the mangroves with the bay so close was amazing. So many different bird species captured on my Merlin app too. The house has everything you need for a perfect stay. It’s important to note how comfy the bed was as well with soft linens. We definitely plan to book again and can’t wait to come back. Emily is a terrific host!

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

This is such a great, peaceful place to stay on Estero island! Valerie Jean’s spot was immaculately clean, easy to find, and had so much to offer. Definitely recommend for singles or couples looking for extensive pool time. The beach across the street was calm and had lots of great shells as well! While bars and restaurants are limited in the area right now, there were still some local gems worth checking out, as well as a good number of places delivering. Definitely appreciated having a Publix close by and a great kitchen in the apartment! Would absolutely return for another peaceful stay and the awesome pool area!!

We loved these accommodations! Loved that we were on a canal (so beautiful, and great for renting a boat for a few days), the lanai/pool was very spacious and inviting, and our experience from the very start was positive and friendly. The description mentioned 2 king beds, but there was 1, and the living room furniture isn’t what is pictured, but none of that caused any issues for us. We greatly appreciated the kitchenware that was available for use. Even though we didn’t make use of the grill, it was clean and available. So happy for the washer/dryer in the garage. Beds were very comfortable! We felt very safe - wonderful neighborhood. We’d be happy to return!

This was home away from home, anything u need to cook is in the kitchen, very well stocked with any dish or utensil u may need! The water with a little beach area is within walking distance a couple streets over. Mark was very attentive when I asked to extend last minute. We had zero complaints.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This stay was short but truly unforgettable, and that’s entirely thanks to the most exceptional hostess I’ve ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were next-level—genuine hospitality that can’t be taught. The property itself is sweet, simple, and elegantly appointed with everything we needed for a peaceful night. The backyard was a slice of paradise, and the water access added such a serene, magical touch to the environment. The neighborhood was quiet and chill, and the whole island had this calming energy—as if time had slowed down for us to take it all in. But again, the true standout here is the hostess. We loved this place! The house, location, pool, boatlift, driveway, ease of getting to inshore fishing, and so much more! Kelly is amazing and probably the most responsive host we’ve worked with. This place was perfect for us and we have already booked again!

The location was absolutely perfect- super easy walk into town to grab lunch and dinner, and super easy walk to beach- and the cute little beach bars with music. The back patio was right on the canal and perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this place if coming to FMB.

It's a nice, new, house. Location is great. About a mile south of the busy area on Ft. Myers Beach. About a block to the beach. The pics show the beach entrance under a condo, but the condo has a ton of signs prohibiting beach access. We used it without a problem and there is public beach access 1/2 block south. The island is still recovering from IAN, be prepared for some construction noise.

We were so happy when we opened the door and seen a beautiful place, clean new and up to date on everything, the location is ideal for everything the area has to offer. Fort Myers Beach is making a huge comeback! Plenty to do! The owners are very responsive.Will be back!

Jonathan is probably the best host I've ever experienced. Fast and clear communication and very friendly. This property had more amenities than I've ever seen, literally everything you could want for a day at the beach or the pool. Kids had a blast with the pool table and games in the lower level when they needed a break from the sun. Everything about this place is 10/10!

Very Beautiful stay and felt like home!

We had a wonderful time! Jamie and Christine’s place was perfectly equipped for our trip with two little ones. The kitchen was stocked, the pool was pristine and there were amenities above and beyond- games, cozy blankets, shower, baths and cleaning supplies and beach gear (chairs, towels and sand toys). We loved the unique artwork in the house as well. Jamie and Christine were incredible responsive and thoughtful hosts- They provided great recommendations for the area and easy instructions for entry and checkout. The place was also in a perfect location. We were close to two lovely beaches, grocery stores - Seed to Table is quite the experience- and lots of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We couldn’t be more pleased with this property for our family vacation. The pictures included in the listing don’t do this place justice. Nestled in a neighborhood just across from the beach, it was the perfect location for a day ocean side or relaxing in the comfort of a private pool in the backyard. A fully equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable bedding, and peaceful enclosed porch makes this place a 10/10 for your FMB getaway.

Our family had a really nice stay at Nicole’s place. The house was great and has a lot of fun activities. The pool and outdoor space were enjoyed by all! Nicole was also very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this house, it has everything! Thank you!!

We had an enjoyable stay at your "poolside paradise". The home was more than comfortable, spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities you need. The home is in close proximity to many dining options and activities. Would highly recommend to a family looking to relax and enjoy some peace & quiet. * One thing I must add the 1st picture of the canal view is no longer accurate, unfortunately the surrounding neighbors have put up hedges which are becoming overgrown and obstructing the view

Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool was wonderful. The hot tub, although a bit smaller than we had expected, warmed up quickly and provided a much used space for our little ones. It does fit about 3-4 adults, so definitely not too small. From bikes to water toys to ping pong and a pool table, there is definitely something for everyone. Let’s not forget the BOAT! This was such a wonderful addition. We were able to go from the pool to a boat ride and back to the pool with ease. Joe was very helpful with getting oriented to the boat and the boat map was easy to read. Very bike friendly area with well marked bike lanes. There is a public beach 10-15 minute bike ride again which was clean and well maintained. Great restaurants right down the road. You will need to bring toilet tissue, laundry detergent, and any refrigerator condiments as none of that is included. Not a deal breaker for us, but something that we weren’t aware before doing our grocery order. Five stars!

Wonderful stay - extremely well-stocked and super clean. Pool and hot tub were a major hit and the and kayaks were super fun!!

We have stayed at many rentals all over, and Cape Coral a handful of times. Diane’s place is absolutely one of the best !Everything was perfect , bed , pool, decor, appointments, et all. Diane was a great host, accessible, helpful , when she says she wants your stay to be perfect she means it. Book this beautiful vacation house you will not be disappointed!!

The house was exactly as represented and expected. very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for our stay. The space worked perfectly for our party size (4 adults & 2 kids) and the pool was a great way to cool off. Justin was very responsive before and during our stay.

Our family loved staying at Paul and Alicia’s house. It was so beautiful and so clean. The location is perfect right across from the beach and super close to Publix for all your grocery needs. This house was my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The house is stocked with everything you could need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are pristine. My husband loved the huge tv in the living room to watch the football draft on. We live very close by in Cape Coral and our family is already planning on coming back to stay at Paul and Alicia’s on our next Ft Myers Beach trip. Easy Five stars :) !!! Thank you again!

Everything we imagined and more. Our flight arrived a little bit earlier than expected and our host made sure we got in on time (even a little bit earlier) because we have a 10 month old & a 6 year old. The property manager was super responsive from the time we arrived to the day we left. The house was exactly as pictured. Inside was spotless and the pool was amazing. We spent more time in the yard than we did anywhere else! Location was perfect. 20 minute ride to Fort Myers Beach (Times Square) and about 40 minutes to Sanibel Island (highly recommend). Only a 5 minute drive from a strip of bars/restaurants/shops in Cape Coral (Cape Coral Parkway) and about a 10 minute walk to a couple Ice Cream places and a few other restaurants (Finn’s, Lindo, Clase Azul, Point 57). Neighborhood is quiet, friendly and super clean. Overall, our stay was perfect. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer! Highly recommend for families and small groups! We will most certainly be back.

10/10 recommend Lauren’s Waterfront Bliss home! It was perfect for our last minute spring break trip with our two kiddos. The space was immaculate and matched the photos exactly! The pool was a bit deeper than we thought but there were plenty of toys and floatys that made it enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, ping pong table in the living room was a hit & we extra loved the remote controlled fans/lights in each room. Lauren was extremely responsive before & during our stay and we had no major hiccups. We would definitely stay here if we chose to stay in the Cape Coral area again!
