It was an incredible stay at Mr. Sedat’s place. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in the area. Mr. Sedat was really responsive and helpful during our stay, we didn’t have any problems, 5/5!

Excellent stay in a beautiful home. Caner was very responsive and helpful during the whole process, and the apartment was excellent as listed and in a great area in Esenyurt that is walkable, close to grocery stores, and in a vibrant and busy area.

Mutfakta ihtiyaç duyulan her şey vardı; kalabalık grupla bile rahatça yemek hazırladık. Sinan Bey anlayışlı ve hızlı iletişim kurdu; tüm sorularımıza anında çözüm sundu. Kalabalık ekipler için ideal: Geniş alanlar, donanımlı mutfak ve ortak kullanım odalarıyla herkes mutlu oldu. Samimi ilgi ve özen sayesinde sorunsuz bir tatil geçirdik. Travelled with my young son for dental treatment. Felt like home, everything we needed for a weeks stay. Felt very safe in the complex travelling as a solo parent. Loads of supermarkets, parks, places to eat within walking distance. Thanks again for having us to stay.

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

What truly set this stay apart was the hospitality of the owners. They were some of the kindest and most accommodating hosts we have ever met. Always ready to help with anything, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a seamless experience. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway in Istanbul, this villa is an absolute gem! the place and view were just extraordinary as he said it is quite literally a 5 min walk to the beach and you can even see the beach from the villa, it was extremely clean and well organised and everything we needed was available to us we did not have to ask for anything. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be coming back someday! thank you Mahmoud for making this trip the best it could be.

Le logement était propre, confortable, chaleureux et il y avait tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin. On se sentait comme à la maison. Et M. Tefo a été très avenant, amical et toujours disponible. Les instructions étaient claires, l'appartement est facile à trouver. L'emplacement est super, metrobüs juste à côté et centres commerciaux a quelques minutes a pied. Je recommande fortement ce logement.
