Die klimatisierten Zimmer der Ferienwohnung verteilen sich auf ca. 130 m2. Im Wohnzimmer mit grandiosem Meerblick, Kaminofen und Satellitenfernsehen freut man sich auf eine entspannte Zeit nach Strand- oder Wandertagen. Vom Wohnzimmer aus erreicht man über eine Treppe nach oben die möblierte großzügige Dachterrasse mit viel Platz, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Fast alle Zimmer haben Meerblick und die dazugehörige Dachterrasse (60qm) bietet Panoramameerblick über die gesamte Bucht von Alcudia. Highlights der Dachterrasse mit "stunning view" sind der große Esstisch für bis zu 8-10 Personen, die Designer-Außensofas, die Sonnenliegen und nicht zuletzt die Panoramablick-Außendusche. Eine große Seilspannmarkise sorgt für Schatten, wenn gewünscht. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man in den Esszimmerbereich mit Platz für bis zu 8 Personen sowie herrlichem Blick aufs Meer. An das Esszimmer schließt sich eine offene Designeinbauküche mit Kochinsel an. Die moderne neue Einbauküche ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet (Gaggenau-/Siemensgeräte), u.a. mit Induktionskochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank/Tiefkühler, Geschirrspüler, Nespressokaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher. Ebenfalls vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man in den Schlafbereich, wo ein kleiner Flur beide Schlafzimmer sowie das neue Badezimmer mit Naturstein und großzügiger Dusche miteinander verbindet. Das eine Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten (die zum Doppelbett 160 cm zusammengestellt werden können), Satellitenfernsehen und Gartenblick auf die Zitronen. Vom zweiten Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180 cm Liegefläche) und Satellitenfernsehen geht ein zusätzlicher Balkon mit Meerblick ab. Im separaten Hauswirtschaftsraum stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäschetrockner für die Feriengäste zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich gibt es in der Casa Bellavista auch eine untere Ferienwohnung, die in einem separaten Airbnb Inserat angeboten und buchbar ist. Gerne können auch beide Ferienwohnungen zusammen gebucht werden, so dass dann die gesamte Casa Bellavista und auch der Pool absolut exklusiv genutzt werden können (siehe das dritte Inserat). Wichtig: Auf den Balearen gibt es eine Touristensteuer (Ecotasa), die von jedem Gast ab 16 Jahren bezahlt werden muss. Ab der 9. Nacht reduziert sich dieser Betrag während der Hochsaison um die Hälfte. Die Zahlung dieser Kosten ist obligatorisch und ist nicht im Mietpreis der Ferienwohnung enthalten, sondern direkt an die Eigentümer zu überweisen. Hauptsaison (vom 1. Mai bis 31. Oktober): 2 Euro pro Person und Tag Nebensaison (1. November bis 30. April): 0,50 Euro pro Person und Tag Jeweils zzgl. 10% MwSt. (IVA). Wie vom Gesetz vorgeschrieben, benötigen wir für die Touristensteuer von jedem Gast, der älter als 16 Jahre ist, Kopien der Ausweise bzw. Reisepässe. Ihr dürft in einem 12m x 4m Luxus-Infinity-Pool mit spektakulärem Meerblick baden und auf der großen Seaview-Gartenterrasse chillen - freut Euch drauf!

Consta de salón-cocina con cama nido para dos personas, un baño, dormitorio con cama de 150cm y terraza, piscina y pista de tenis comunitaria. Ideal parejas, pequeñas familias o amantes de la naturaleza en la zona noreste de Mallorca, en paraje único de la Bahía de Alcudia "Parque Natural de la Península de Llevant" Rodeado de senderos de montaña y calas tranquilas poco frecuentadas de aguas turquesa a pocos minutos a pie de la zona.
