It is above my fine art studio (Laura Killpack) and walking/biking distance to town. The spacious studio apartment has two queen beds, one full bathroom and outdoor shower. Newly renovated with thoughtful artistic touches and high quality comfort. We strive to make our guest experiences exceptional!

"All Decked Out" is a private apartment with it's own entrance, parking space and spacious deck. Guests enter the apartment via a set of stairs (20 steps) from the outside of the home and enjoy a private kitchen, living space, bathroom and bedroom with a king bed. Located approx. 3 miles to downtown Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk, and 5 miles to Lewes. "All Decked Out" has all the comforts of your home to make your vacation stay an enjoyable experience. Sunny Studio in Rehoboth Beach

Hi! Our studio apartment is perfect for those looking for a quiet and cozy get-away. It is centrally located between Rehoboth and Lewes and very close to rt 1 and rt 24. The studio has a private entrance on the left side of our house. It consists of one large room with ample living and sleeping spaces, including a queen size bed, a comfy loveseat, and a walk-in closet. A double sink bathroom has plenty of shelving for towels and toiletries. There is off-street parking for 1 car.

The unit features a King Murphy bed, and a Queen sofa bed. There's also an outdoor pool open in summer months!
