The Sunset Cottage

Come make memories you won’t forget in our beautiful, romantic tiny house. Watch the sunrise over the fields while sipping a cup of coffee. You will Enjoy exploring the nearby Coldwater Creek during the day, Or if you rather relax on the most beautiful beaches in Florida, it is a short drive. After a busy day, enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset or watch the deer as they approach the fields from the East. Please understand we are still improving the outdoors with additional landscaping.

Cozy private studio suite close to beach.

Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

Pick blueberries in season. 40 mins to Navarre Beach. 30 mins to Pensacola. Kitchen w/fridge/micro/toaster oven/dbl burner cooktop. Queen bed with comfy Serta mattress.

Tucked Away Tiny

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The “Tucked Away Tiny” is a tiny home with HUGE style! It is located in the country woods of Milton, FL on family-owned farm land, but not too far off the beaten path. Only 15 minutes to the heart of the city, and 45 minutes to beaches. It is next door to Sowell Farms which is home to several wedding venues, fenced exotic wildlife (may or may not be seen during your stay), and home of the Trophy for Great American Christmas Light Fight!

Blackwater Bay Mae's Cottage

Mae's Cottage is a peaceful little bay house located right off of Interstate 10 in Milton (< 1 mile) and is within steps to the beautiful Blackwater River and Bay. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.

Enjoy nature in this 2 bedroom stilt house on Paradise Island surrounded by the Blackwater River- just a 30 minute drive to Gulf Beaches! Kayak around the island, enjoying the turtles & birdwatching, or boat or drive to downtown Milton to dock and dine at Blackwater Bistro or Boomerang Pizza. There is a boat ramp, boat house, 4 kayaks and life jackets for guest use. Easily visit Navarre Beach, vibrant Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, or Ponce de Leon Springs.

The Cottage is located on Seales Farm- a working cattle farm with views of pastures, grazing horses and some unusual sounds (guineas and lowing cattle.) This pastoral and rustic setting offers solitude- NO TV and NO WiFi . - There is a private outdoor seating area with a great view. We are a little more than an hour from Pensacola Beach, Fl. which boasts historical Fort Pickens and 75 miles from Gulf Shores, AL. Wind Creek Casino just 20 minutes away.

Welcome to our cozy tiny home located in my secured backyard, where a queen-sized bed promises a peaceful night’s sleep and our well-equipped kitchenette simplifies meal preparation. You will have free parking in the backyard located just steps away from the tiny home. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to gather around the outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Inside, unwind with a smart TV and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Perfectly placed for you to visit our Navarre Beach within a few minutes, also within an an hour or less you can visit Fort Walton Beach, Destin to the East and Orange Beach, Gulf Shores to the west. Don’t forget Pensacola Beach is about 30 mins to the west! This room is setup just like a hotel room with 2 queen beds, bathroom, microwave, small refrigerator and 43” smart tv! This listing is strictly Transient Occupant!

Cozy Guest Suite close to I-65/Atmore

Private Guest Suite detached from house with private entrance and parking in the country. Suite has private full bath with shower. There is a coffee bar as well as a mini-fridge. Screened porch for your enjoyment and relaxation. Pet friendly with doggie door to screened porch and fenced yard. Atmore is just down the road with restaurants, boutiques, and casino. I-65 is only a 10 minute drive.

Cozy Studio

This is part of a compound with two structures ! There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
