We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

The Cwtch - a shepherd’s hut retreat with hot-tub.

A quiet retreat in a picturesque valley, in the quintessential village of Berrynarbor. Set in a beautiful garden. Ideal for romance/relaxation, surfing and walking. Guests are welcome to explore the garden with its enchanting paths, that lead to a number of seating areas, including the hillside star gazing area, complete with fire pit. The Cwtch is within walking distance of the coastal path, the beautiful beach of Broadsands and Watermouth harbour. There are two pubs within walking distance.

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

This handcrafted dwelling is set in the orchard of Easter Barton, a 200 acre working sheep farm situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Berrynarbor in North Devon. Situated overlooking a small pond, great for exploring the breathtaking nearby coastline. We are within walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and some fantastic beaches and coves. Pubs within walking distance, a well stocked, Community shop and PO just down the hill. Please note check in/out Fri and Mon.

You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a table and chairs for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

Little Spindrift is a cosy annex with its own entrance and we are dog friendly . Ideal for two or two and a small child . In the beautiful village of Combe Martin on the stunning North Devon coast. We are ideally situation in a very quiet part of the village near the pretty church and a lovely pub . An easy 20 minute stroll takes you up the village to the beach and the South West Coastal path . We are dog friendly and there are a number of public footpaths that run past the door .
