The cottage & it’s garden surrounds are yours to enjoy but our home is also on the 8 acres. The cottage is completely private but you may hear occasional kids or dogs playing.

Mt Cooper Cottage is situated on a working sheep property. It was built to be the cook house for shearers in the 19th century, with historic significance. The integrity of the rustic charm remains with modern amenities for your convenience. The cottage is 1.5 hours drive from Jindabyne and 1.5 hours drive to the coast. The main heating is a wood fuel heater, you will need to be able to light a fire. Altitude approx 1000mtrs the climate is cold in winter, often cold during other seasons.
