Bel appartement au rez-de-chaussée dans maison construite en 2017, dans le village très calme d'Essertines-sur-Rolle. A côté d'une ferme et avec vue sur la campagne. A 20 min en voiture ou 45 minutes en bus/train de Lausanne et Genève, à 10 min. de Rolle et du lac ou du Jura. Belles randonnées à pied ou vélo. Cuisine toute équipée, ouverte sur le séjour, 1 lit pliable pour 2 pers. Chambre avec 1 lit double. Salle de bains avec douche. Terrasse couverte avec accès au jardin. Wi-Fi haut débit.

Le CHUV est facilement accessible par les métros M1 et M2. Entrée indépendante, salon avec cuisine équipée et coin à manger. Chambre à coucher avec salle de bain attenante. Terrasse couverte plein sud avec 2 fauteuils.

Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Notre appartement comporte une cuisine équipée ( cafetière italienne), une salle de bain (douche), accès au jardin, place de parc. Draps de lit et linges de bain à disposition. Nous ne fournissons pas le Valpass.

Studio flat for 2 within a new build villa. Close to the cross-country ski pistes (15 from the downhill pistes), walking distance from the village and the start of hikes. The accommodation is cozy and well furnished; ski holders, ski or hiking shoes drawer, Italian coffee machine, kettle, tea and ground coffee provided. Secure bike storage available.
