We had a wonderful stay here! It was the perfect location for our visit with family in the area. The playground and nearby restaurants were very convenient and offered so many options for recreation and meals. The house was perfectly equipped to entertain the grandkids and the adults alike. We very much appreciated the hospitality and the stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed this oasis of wildlife amidst the bustling area near the Coliseum (it was so easy for us to attend our three day conference there). Well-appointed, comfortable, and clean (with dedicated parking at the front door), we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

We had a great stay at David’s place in North Charleston! The home was very clean and comfortable—everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus and made for a relaxing evening. Communication with David was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

As also I'm never surprised as to how Shawn keeps his locations, very comfortable, updated amenities, etc. I wish other renters would follow his lead which would enable them to keep their locations occupied all the time.

Wonderful private and quiet retreat in a safe neighborhood . We were here visiting family for 3 days with my senior parents and a toddler, and this place was perfect; clean, with everything we needed to feel at home . Grocery store is only a short drive away, and downtown Charleston was also easy to get to. Especially enjoyed sipping coffee on the covered and netted porch every morning for hours with my toddler watching birds. Really appreciated all the small touches like some snacks and water and coffee pods as we flew in late and didn’t get a chance to buy groceries yet. Highly recommend tor anyone looking for a private naturesque retreat in North Charleston!

Both my husband and I as well as my cousin and his wife were extremely pleased with this Airbnb. It was conveniently located to the places we wanted to visit and there were plenty of places to eat in the area as well. Marise was very responsive to any questions we had. The bed was so comfortable. I slept eight hours plus every night. Great reception on the TV and the kitchen was just the right size since we ate breakfast in every morning. Extremely happy with our stay and look forward to possibly staying here in the future.

Words are not enough to describe this place and state its beauty and comfort! Came for a Girls Gone Mild Bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect ! Our stay was better than imagined because of the Overwater Getaway. Rae was such a great host and responded almost instantly to anything that was brought up. It’s already a given that next time we stay in Charleston - Rae’s place will be our number one choice by a landslide. Thank you again so much ! Take care of the turtles for us (:
