David and Shirley were the best hosts that I have ever had! They are very responsive and helpful, and the place is amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone visiting the Charleston area.

I travel a lot for work. I always look for peaceful places that feel safe and have beautiful surroundings (in the event that I get to enjoy them on a work trip). Mo was a clear and responsive host. Parking is so easy in this neighborhood. The space is even more spacious in person than I expected. Thanks, Mo!

Private, quiet and comfortable. If you’re not looking for fancy, this is your place. Very quiet and comfortable. I would stay again.

When we make a journey back to Summerville, we will check availability of this place first! It was a cozy little loft in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The host is extremely friendly. My wife is in love with the beauty of the yard of the main house. The bed was comfortable, the location is great. We lived in West Ashley for six years but did not spend much time in downtown Summerville, we missed out.

This spot was perfect for our time in Charleston- the place was private and Margaret left clear instructions everywhere so we knew how to work all the amenities and such! It’s a peaceful neighborhood and we loved it here

This place was delightful. It was exactly as pictured and described. There was nothing that was a disappointment. It was clean and well stocked. The eggs, bread, and jam were a special treat. The Magnolia Plantation was near by and Summerville has a lot of great restaurants. Charleston was about 18 miles away but the drive into Charleston is very pretty along Ashley River Dr. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend during my families wedding. Place was just what we were looking for. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Charleston again! Host was very responsive and even let me borrow their personal iron. 5 stars!!

Came to Charleston for a Cody Johnson concert, was a great place and close to the event! Very clean place and friendly host. We will definitely use them again when we return.

Truly hard to define what a beautiful space and experience the Chesterfield Cottage is. The level of detail, design whimsy, gardens, quality of art, furniture and bedding is felt. The location is super. Close to the square, but in a lively residential hood. Joe and Kristen are amazing hosts. Respectful, Responsive, Friendly. Always ready to chat or make a recommendation or give you privacy. I don’t think anyone could be disappointed staying at the Cottage with downtown Charleston an easy drive.

Perfect spot for a family with young kids! Plenty for us to enjoy outdoors in the beautiful South Carolina weather. Hosts were very gracious!

The place was amazing! Clean, everything provided, very responsive and even checked in on several occasions to see if anything was needed. Super friendly, safe and beautiful. Was able to see the space where pool is in the process of being put in and once complete it will be even more beautiful. The home, accommodations and service was an all around five star for us. Several ladies stayed to attend a conference and we felt safe and at home. It was an all around blessing for our stay!

My family and I enjoyed staying here. Candice and her husband were great, checked in on us to make sure all needs were met. My daughters enjoyed feeding the chickens and playing with the goats and cats. Property peaceful and relaxing. We would totally stay here again.

This place was extremely nice and budget friendly! Jeramiah was quick to respond anytime we had a question and they provided alot in their space ; anything you needed to be comfortable they pretty much have including two coffee makers for different preferences. It is located in a really nice spot in the back of the neighborhood which was nice because it is super peaceful out there by the pond. Lots of walking trails that end up in pretty much any area of the island and it is next to a pool. 10/10 would stay here again.

We loved our stay at KC's place! Everything was as described and the location was perfect.

This is a great place to stay, clean and comfortable. New appliances and very well kept. High speed internet could work remotely and great TV. Location was nice, had a country feeling with woods in the back- saw deer at night. Highly recommend for a getaway for 1-2 people. Host was great, this was my first time using the app and I wasn’t familiar with all the functions, and they were helpful with check in process (I didn’t realize it was all well explained in the bottom tabs in the app). Will definitely be back!

Beautifully serene cottage surrounded by amazing history! Our cottage was like a step back in time down to every last detail. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay there. Our hosts were so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend!!

We so enjoyed the fragrance of lilacs and beautiful songs of the birds while sipping coffee at the outdoor table. Location was close to town and shopping. Comfortable beds with fresh linens. Thank you, Susan.

We were really happy with Michelle's and Jim's place. It was perfect for our time at the Charleston Open on Daniel Island: very private & quiet, really comfortable and it had absolutely everything we'd want for a comfortable few days. The location was convenient to everything we planned on doing and we'd definitely stay there again.

The cottage was so homey! It was perfect for us based on the space and area.
