Absolute gem! Fantastic location and yard. Very very dog friendly with lots of dog supplies like treats, towels, bowls, and a dog bed/pillow. The lighting with dimmers were an added bonus.Our two large pups enjoyed the house and fully fenced in yard very much. Just an fyi that we realized after being barefoot in the backyard... If your pup has sensitive paws like ours, there are very small prickly seeds in the yard from the tree I think. Not a big deal but our dog got a few in her paws and licked them away. No biggie. Odd Duck for a coffee and bagel, Park Circle Pizza, Quarterman Park, Folly Beach, and Lewis BBQ were a few highlights ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the massive TV and recliner were super comfortable for quiet nights. We will FOR SURE be returning.

Perfect amount of room for the whole family. Plenty of fish for the kids right out the door to make them happy. Cold AC. Very accommodating with requests and flexible. Will mark it down as a place to stop anytime we are in the area.

Had a great stay here. Joseph messaged full instructions for check out and check in well in advance which made it super easy. Couch was very comfortable and very large so it was a great place to sleep if you have 5 people. Backyard and patio was beautiful. Was walkable to riverfront park (if you’re up for a longer walk) and park circle restaurants. Overall great location, great place, great host. No complaints

This was the perfect space for my best friend’s bachelorette weekend! We were able to gather friends from across the country and Canada, enjoy the beautiful weather in the privacy of our own backyard and pool, and explore Charleston! The location allowed us to save money and have more room/time to enjoy the visit with everyone, and take advantage of some more local experiences. The house was so clean and well-stocked with toiletries and linens. Joseph was also very responsive, helpful, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this property for any group trip!

I had an amazing stay at Joseph's place! The home was spotless and felt super cozy. The location was perfect for where we needed to be. The beds were extremely comfy too. The host was as responsive and ensured checkin was seamless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Charleston area! Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Joseph was one of the best host that I ever had. He was very attentive and every you could ask for when staying in and Airbnb. You will not be disappointed in the choice to stay in this property.

Our Mommy & Me trip was special thanks to Joseph. My 12 year old cook was tickled by the pastel appliances. The bathroom with modern fixtures provided a spa-like experience in a small space. Overall, our stay was cozy and enjoyable. Thanks Joseph!

Perfect stay for our family of 3! More affordable than staying in downtown Charleston and only a 15-20 minute drive away. Convenient that we could use the standard Graco pack n play in the closet for our baby; he slept just as good in it as he does in his crib at home. (Remember to bring your own sheets if you use it, and a mattress pad if you prefer extra cushion for them.) Bed was super comfy. Water pressure in the shower was great, just felt a little uncomfortable that the top of the window had no curtain/covering on it, but that could be an easy fix. Appreciated the brita filter/pitcher in the fridge for filtered water. Overall very happy with our stay!

Akira was super helpful and responded very fast when we were slightly confused on how to get in. The place was great and just big enough for our group!

Joseph is an extremely gregarious, helpful, and generous host. When check-in was delayed due to a packed cleaning schedule on the Friday of a busy Charleston weekend, he reached out, gave us great dinner recs, and issued a small refund to make it right. The location was perfect for our needs; the neighborhood is quiet and near cool North Charleston restaurants and shops of East Montague/Park Circle. Though not luxurious, the accommodations were safe and comfortable. The kitchen was updated and really nice, and the bed was great! It was so quiet that we had three divine nights of sleep. We may not book this precise unit again in hopes of something a bit fancier, but it was serviceable as a last-minute booking, and we hope to book another of Joseph’s properties in the future as he was BY FAR the best host we’ve worked with through AirBnB. Highly recommend!

I can honestly say that Monica's place was one of the most welcoming, comfortable and charming Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. Do not be put off by the fact that you are staying in the house with Monica and her family. Our stay felt as though we were guests in a cozy Bed & Breakfast, with all the benefits that has to offer. First, Monica was incredibly warm and welcoming, as were the rest of her family. Our room was even more wonderful than the pictures on the website, with an amazing bathroom, comfortable bed, a sitting area, and all the privacy we needed. She also sent us off at 5:45 in the morning for our return flight home with freshly made breakfast sandwiches, hashbrowns, fruit, and coffee and tea. Her home was within walking distance of a charming downtown with cute shops and restaurants. Our only regret was that we only stayed here one night! I highly recommend, and would absolutely stay here again.

This is my second time staying in Beth's beautiful home. I can't say enough about how much of an incredible host Beth (and Joe) are. They go to incredible lengths to provide a comfortable stay. The location is great as it's within a 30 minute drive of most of the beaches and other tourist hotspots. The property is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood and Beth and Joe were there if I had any queries. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed beautiful weather during our whole trip. Sandie’s home is a delightful environment, especially the morning room where you will enjoy a wonderful home cook breakfast every day. DELICIOUS! The home is located in the best neighborhood in Summerville, beautiful houses surround, quiet area and very private. Just a short drive to all your sightseeing areas in Charleston. Sandie is very accommodating, has a good sense of humor, and very willing to please. We enjoyed her as a host and would definitely return. The room itself offers a large closet for storage, very light and bright room with 3 large windows and a super comfortable bed. This is located on an upper level but only 4 steps up. Sandie is a dynamic host and LOVES being your host. What else could you ask for? A 5+ hostess!

My wife and I had an amazing anniversary stay at the Chick Inn on Main. The hosts (and their dog Moose) were incredibly kind and very accommodating. It felt like we were staying with family. The house was beautiful and our room was perfect for our getaway. After a day of adventures we were looked forward to resting in the comfortable bed, watching our shows. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was very delicious and something my wife and I frequently talked about during the duration of our trip. We are extremely happy with our stay and look forward to returning to the Chick Inn on Main again for another adventure in the Charleston area.
