This cozy 400sqft space is the middle cottage of the 'Art' Studio. It has everything you need to enjoy a weekend get away. Saluda River Farms is an 8 acre farm on the Saluda River. Bring your Kayaks to enjoy a relaxing trip up the river or ride your bike on the beautiful back country roads. We are located 7 miles from DT Greenville and only 20 minutes from nature hikes and quaint little country towns. You can also relax on the farm - we have 3 goats and 8 chickens. Pets are always welcome.

This newly renovated stylish bungalow is steps from the 28 mile paved Swamp Rabbit biking trail! You can walk to a handful of restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores and brewery located in downtown Travelers Rest. Check out the Farmers Market and live music on the weekend. This house has a fire pit, fenced in yard and screened porch. Central location to Furman, Greenville, Paris Mountain State Park, and all the upstate has to offer. Rent a bike and ride into Greenville to beautiful Falls Park!

Stay at Saluda Lake Landing in this unique lakefront property getaway that has a house, cafe, boat ramp, and dock. Perfect for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and more. Once home, relax and cook the days catch indoors and out. This property is partially public as we do get other customers for the cafe, dock, and boat ramp. Hiking trails, mountain biking, and water falls with over 30,000 acres of Pristine Forest. Relax on the deck porch or dip in the cool water. Time to get back to nature. Outdoor fire pit (wood provided) and charcoal grill (bring charcoal/lighter). Fall and Winter are beautiful times of the year to visit. Sit around the bonfire roasting marshmallows !

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.
