Zusammen mit dem Haus "Gustav" und dem angrenzenden Tiny House "Franz" bietet unsere moderne Waldvilla Platz für bis zu 9 Gäste in einmaliger Umgebung direkt im Kiefernwald.

Wohnhaus: Großer Wohnbereich, Lehmofen, Sauna, Esstisch, Kücheninsel sowie Terrasse und Garten. Der Ort erinnert an die Ostsee, wie wir sie auf Usedom von früher kennen: Hoher Buchenwald, wenig Menschen, keine Autos in der Nähe des Strandes – und die Ostsee ohne Promenade und Spektakel.

The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

A separate double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room will be optimal for two. I provide one parking space in the underground garage .
