The location and view is awesome. Lots of restaurants nearby but can make your own food no problem. Pool and gounds very well kept, friendly neighbours and locals. Place was clean, Andrea is an excellent host if you need anything.

Susan is very helpful and quickly responded, when we needed information. Beautiful place to stay and friendly atmosphere and very relaxing !!! Amazing time , thank you Susan

Nos gustó mucho el hospedaje porque las habitaciones están muy amplias, las camas grandes y buenos colchones. Todo el hospedaje estaba ordenado y limpio. No parece que se comparte con alguien más. Luigi es muy amable y contestó siempre nuestros mensajes. Me gustaría volver a hospedarme aquí con mi familia. Esta perfecto también para personas con movilidad reducida o que no pueden subir escaleras. Recomiendo ampliamente hospedarse aquí.

Great location! Home was clean and had beautiful views of the ocean. We had a great time in Cancun and this home was perfect for our family of five. Hosts were very communicative and always responded when reaching out to them. We recommend this beautiful home for families.

Great place to stay. Host was very friendly and responsive. Place is well located, and have all you need for the stay. I stayed with my wife and two kids. And basically used the room to cook some food at night, take a shower and sleep, once most part of the day we were at parks and visiting beaches in Cancun. If you traveling just for few days and with the family is ok. Once the place to put the luggage and clothes are limited.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mariela’s place. Her and Lucy were so kind and helpful. We will definitely come back if we have the opportunity to do so!

Подолавши далеку дорогу, ми з дітьми переконалися, що тут надзвичайно 🥰 - фантастичне море й пляж. Апартаменти розташовані в комфортному комплексі- схожому на готель, чиста територія, яку постійно доглядають й охороняють, приватний басейн й безпосередній вихід на пляж, є кафешка де можна перекусити. Апартаменти були чисті, повністю укомплектовані для комфортного проживання, забезпечено рушниками, миючими та засобами особистого догляду, меблі зручні, кондиціонер та великий телевізор, наявна необхідна посуда та холодильник з генерацією льоду. Тому було дуже приємно й комфортно відпочивати в апартаментах Пауліни, яка постійно з нами контактувала, оперативно й любʼязно вирішувала всі наші запити й прохання. Збоку комплексу проходить дорога з гарним сполученням в центр Канкуну, що було зручно, проте в ночі від неї досить шумно. В підсумку - вдалось чудово повести два тижні в кабрибському домі в Пауліни! Дякуємо й рекомендуємо всім!

Agustin and his co-hosts provided excellent arrival instructions, transport (to/from the airport - thanks Marco!), check-in was a breeze thanks to the friendly Juan (waiting on us as we arrived), provided local suggestions (market, restaurants, convenience store, etc.) and a few recommendations for navigating the area. The hospitality we experienced (as will you) was truly “all-inclusive”. Hats off to Agustin and team. We wouldn’t second guess staying here again. Lastly, if it’s anyone’s first time traveling to Cancun (this was ours) staying here took the guess work out of our stay. There are restaurants and all-inclusive options onsite. Look no further. Thanks again Agustin and friends!

Diego’s place was great! We loved Oleo and the services. The resort and all inclusive purchase really was what we needed. We can see ourselves booking this space again.

Alejandro was a great host and his place is comfortable. He is very communicative and helpful. Good size condo with room for the family!

Gran lugar para quedarse, vecindario tranquilo, el departamento es cómodo y hay varios lugares cerca. La comunicación con Luis fue muy rápida y amable en todo momento.

This was the BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! This place had everything we needed, and it was easy to walk to restaurants, the mall, the park, etc. very short uber ride to beaches in the hotel zone. The pool was great, and the atmosphere was overall peaceful and quiet. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The place is well located! Everything is walkable, there is a grocery store nearby, pharmacy and everything you need. You can cook easily, do some laundry and enjoy the sun by the pool. The beach and the hotel zone are like 20 minutes away by car. For all the men out there; there is a wonderful barbershop in the little shopping center called El Taller! Just give it a try!! If you like street food, you will be pleased at night! The best Al Pastor is at Taqueria El Paisa! Thank you for having our family!

Karla, Igor’s Hostess, communicated immediately upon our booking, and continued to be available throughout our 3-week stay. We had A couple of issues that were addressed right away. Located within a high-end, well maintained, gated complex with 24-hour security, the villa is a second floor residence overlooking a beautiful pool. My husband pretty much had it to himself. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio. Beds were comfortable, and ample bath towels were available, which is not always the case. The kitchen is relatively small - has what you need, but not what you would consider a “cooking kitchen”. But Cancun has so many good restaurants, who needs to cook😜

This place was across La Isla shopping. The beach was beautiful the air bnb was clean. Every time I needed something she was fast at getting back to me. Wish there was a laundry mat near by to wash. I would definitely rent this place out again!

My favorite place for both short-term and long-term stays. The host is amazing, and I always felt like I was at home. It offers easy access to everything Cancun has to offer, is safe and secure, and is definitely my top choice for my next visit to Cancun.

Had an enjoyable stay at Regina’s apartment. Teenagers loved the pool, very refreshing after a full day of shopping…large las Americas mall is 7mins walk from the apartment, very handy for the wife & daughters. There’s also a Starbucks and seven11 within walking distance (10mins). Also caught a taxi to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal, which was $mxn250 one way from the apartment, well worth a visit especially Playa Norte beach…wow. The apartment was very clean and tidy, no real issues. Regina was easy to contact. Would recommend staying here, especially for families as it’s very safe and quiet. Security were very helpful especially with organising taxis🙂.

Adrian and Yus were such great hosts. Adrian is the primary contact and he responded to me quickly day or night, even after 10 PM many times. When ordering food delivery the security gate requires notice, otherwise the delivery driver cannot enter. So just be aware you'll have to alert Adrian prior to making food deliveries. I always tried to let him know a half hour to an hour ahead of time. The space was small but sweet, I loved the balcony and used it daily to watch the sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet, road noise, just the chatter of pups in the area. The 4th floor has the best view but of course the most stairs. I brought up 6 suitcases and a backpack, and lots of water, it was a chore at first but after a few days I was very used to it. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Water pressure in the shower is totally fine, takes a minute or two to get really warm but it never bothered me. The sink and laundry water was slower, but no big deal. I would recommend this Airbnb :)

Laura and her friends were super helpful with check in and recommendations of things to do in the area. Laura always responded in reasonable time. The room itself was very clean,the kitchen had everything you need and the patio over looking the ocean was a great plus. The location is great for family’s or people who like to have a more quiet and relaxing vacation.Night life is about a 15 minute drive as well as walmart.Overall our stay was amazing there was 24 hour security a very pretty property and a clean room
