The Helm—2-Story Container Home close to Magnolia Market

This unique home started as two shipping containers–20' and 40'. We insulated and paneled the interior in pine shiplap and trimmed it out in 100+ year old barnwood. The outside is clad with cedar siding with spacing to allow the original container to still be seen. Entry is through the original container doors or a side entry with a standard door. We removed the steel panels from the doors and replaced them with picturesque full glass. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights under the rail that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. The deck and upstairs bedroom is accessed by an exterior spiral stairway. We live right around the corner so are available for anything you need including any questions on the house or your time in Waco. We’ll try to meet you to show you the house if possible but you can also check yourself in with the passcode we’ll send you the day of check-in. The location is a safe rural neighbourhood, just north of Waco and close to I-35. Surrounded by trees, cattle graze nearby. Guests are also welcome to use the lawn. Shop and eat in Homestead Cafe and Craft Village. only 3 minutes away by road. You can park right at the house and Uber is available.

Reserve "The Cabin" for two or pair it with "The Barndiminium" for a shared experience with friends or family! The Cabin is located on a working ranch hub alongside "The Barndominium" and our workshop. Relish in this beautiful, peaceful country area with breathtaking sunsets and sunrises! Cell phones work!

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. In the heart of the Silo District, this new luxury home is close to everything Downtown Waco has to offer. The Wishing House was created as a sanctuary of relaxation & making memories together. This home offers a beautiful chef kitchen and a mural designed by an artist who was featured on TV.

Willow Spring Farm is a peaceful, gated acreage ideally located near Baylor University, downtown Waco, and the Silos District. Approximately 2 miles to McLean Stadium; approximately 3 miles to the Silos. Private parking right outside your door. The Carriage House is separate from the main house, and the barn. It's a piece of the country right outside the City. Have your morning coffee in a peaceful setting, then spend your days at Baylor events, or shopping in the Silo District.

Old garage turned urban cabin. Just renovated into a quaint and modern space. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. Kick back and relax in this peaceful cabin situated outside the city of Waco in the countryside. Sit on the porch and sip coffee while listening to birds chirp and sing. Watch the cows from your deck while you grill. This cabin comfortably sleeps four guests and is equipped with a king size bed, a loft with two twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with another cabin.
