We had an amazing time at the cabin. The sunrises were gorgeous, cooking on the grill, kayaking/paddle boarding, cozy fires, and everything we could have needed! We made such great memories and appreciated you and Matt’s hospitality so much. The cabin was great and so were you guys. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect stay for a group of friends for a few nights in the early summer. Weather permitting, the lake and dock were great to hangout on, and on colder days the fire pits provided a cozy atmosphere. There are tons of amenities which made cooking large meals easy and provided activities for all to enjoy. The hot tub was a wonderful surprise as well. Squam lake itself is very clear and great for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. On the few occasions we left the lake, the country store down the road had everything we needed too. Don was very communicative with us and was a great host. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a family or small group of friends. I’d love to come back!

Would certainly visit Keith and Karyn’s little oasis again and will recommend it to friends. They have many rules to ensure the folks who spend time at their home show it the respect it deserves and it all seems justified when you see just how loved and well-thought out their Airbnb is. They were also incredibly flexible and accommodating once we got to the property, addressing questions proactively. The amenities - grill, speaker, mooring, kayaks, firewood, board games, spices, and many other things made it an effortless visit with limited things to pack in. Only thing I would change is the 9am checkout. We were a bit rushed in the morning to get it all buttoned up given the basic cleaning, trash/recycling, and linen chores to accomplish. Overall a fantastic experience in such a happy home. Thanks Keith and Karyn!

me, my friends and son's friends had a great time this week at Steve's NH House. The pond is beautiful, house was very spacious and had everything we needed for cooking. The kayaks, canoe and paddle boat was a lot of fun. Spa was great for the first few days. So peaceful, private and exactly what we all needed to fully relax during MA School April vacation! Steve was excellent and was so helpful and very responsive. We would love to book again in the future!

This is an incredibly comfortable and remarkably well equipped lakefront house. Plenty of kitchen supplies and tools to keep the cooks happy, and all of the water gear anyone could ask for. We especially appreciated the large porch overlooking the lake. Close to the busy road (as was described in the listing), but blocked off and made visually private by fencing. Owners incredible, responding almost instantly, warmly, and generously.

Best way to start and end the summer season is with a week at Raycraft! I think this was something like at least our 30th stay! Great house that truly feels like our home away from home. Already looking forward to June of 2025!

We had a wonderful time. The house was just right for 6 adults and a baby. There was great lake access with several kayaks to use and a canoe. The kitchen had everything we needed. Wendy was easy to reach and responded to our questions quickly.

My husband grew up going to South Down and his family is still there. It's great to have a place of our own when we visit. The condo is very nice, check-in was super easy (just a code!), and there was a binder with everything we needed. We didn't have any issues while we were there, but our host was still very responsive to our updates.

Michael really is a super host. His condo is comforatble, clean, and is exactly as shown in the pictures/advertised. The association has friendly residents and many amentities (pool, lake, kayaking, tennis, and more). The condo is within driving distance to Weirs Beach, the Pavillion, restaurants, hiking, and shopping. Michael is quick to respond to any messages or questions you have for him and truly wants his guests to have a relaxing time. He is extremely accommodating and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. We have stayed at his place in the past and plan to stay at his place again. I truly couldn't ask for a better experience with using airbnb and it is because of Michael's hospitality. My stay was a 10/10.

This was a great stay for the family. Everything is close or just a quick ride away. The only thing we wish there was a bigger field area so our boys can play catch. Other than that the place was great vacation for our family we had a blast!!! Thanks

My family stayed here for a ski trip. It was beautifully located overlooking a large lake with mountains in the distance - I loved waking up to that! The place was clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the games shelf. 10 minute drive from Gunstock Mountain. Great nearby restaurants.

Stayed at this condo for 3 nights, my friend and i thoroughly enjoyed the place ! Clean as a whisle. Bed was very confy, bathroom was nice, had a bar in tub for ease of moving around in shower. All in all.. very nice, had everything we needed ! We alerted Mike about difficulty with slider screen and he will have it taken care of. He has my vote and I would definitely stay here again !

Mark and Susan are superbly gracious hosts. The cottage is a sweet little place to stay and enjoy the beautiful lake and charming town of Wolfeboro. We kayaked and swam and sat by the water taking in the gorgeous setting. Loved listening to the loons call at night as we slept with most of our screened windows opened. Very special.

This was our second time as a family staying. This place just just magical. The quiet, the view and memories made are forever in my heart. We love the location on the lake. We cannot wait to come back for round 3!!! It's just perfect!

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at Michael's lake house. Michael was communicative while also giving us our own space. The location of the home is amazing - close to stores, restaurants, and ice cream stands, yet felt quiet and private. The beach area was spectacular - my kids had hours and hours of fun with swimming, fishing, and playing in the sand - and using the paddle board and pedal boat that Michael was generous enough to let us use. The house was very clean and the kitchen had more pots/pans/utensils than I have in my own kitchen. It was difficult to leave when our week came to an end - I'd go again in a heartbeat.

My family and I (6) came up to spend a long weekend on the lake after a show at the Bank of NH Pavilion. The house was perfect for all of us! There was plenty of space to spread out between the upstairs and downstairs and so nice to be able to come together for family breakfast and dinner at the upstairs dining room table. The house was exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay. Franco was always quick to respond! A very helpful and accommodating host! The location was just far enough off the beaten path to enjoy a quiet, peaceful weekend, but still close enough to make a quick trip into town to restock on supplies. And despite the cloudy weather, we were still able to get out on the kayaks and canoe to enjoy the scenery around us on the water. Would highly recommend this home for a fun and relaxing NH getaway!!

A beautiful home on the pristine Sunset Lake. The home was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Although it is not air conditioned, the multiple fans were very sufficient to cool the home. The view from the deck is just spectacular. We enjoyed the use of the three kayaks and two paddle boards. David was very responsive to any of my questions. Dave the house manager was also helpful and was quickly available when needed. We only hope to be able to rent this home again!
