Our stay was nothing short of spectacular. We were met by Consuelo and Ceasar upon arrival and were shown through the house and given all the necessary information for our stay. The house was a perfect home base to relax after long days exploring. Our children loved the pool and I really enjoyed the sunrise with my coffee while taking in the scenery. While staying in San Ignacio we toured ATM Cave, Xunantunich, and Caracol. For ATM we were guided by Rosa and Giselle with Belize Limpkin Tours and they were both wonderful. Xunantunich is a short drive west and you get to cross the river on a hand crank barge. We did not hire a guide but if we go again I would. We also drove down to Caracol ourselves and it is definitely worth it. On our way back we stopped to swim at Rio On Pools and Big Rock Falls. Both must stops as well. In town do not miss the San Ignacio Market. We also really enjoyed Restaurante Tipico Salvadoreňo. Be sure to try as much local fare as possible!

Jackie's place was perfect for our group! We had a team of 9 doing humanitarian work in Belmopan and it was great to have the washer and dryer and kitchen to use after a full day's work. The place was clean and Jackie was very accomodating! We will definitely stay here again!

Great accommodation! We really enjoyed our stay at the Coconut House. The house was comfortable and the view was amazing!

Quiet, clean, great space. Excellent communication for our entire trip. Levita greeted us after a very long day. Glad we were away from the dusty, noisy center of town. Definitely rent the bikes even though they are a bit rusty!

We absolutely LOVED staying at this beautiful home. The house is amazing - exactly as pictured and described. The kitchen is so well stocked! But we were barely inside for the entire week. The location is ideal. We were on the beach and in the water! The paddle board and kayaks were so much fun. We brought our own masks and snorkels and had thoroughly enjoyed swimming/snorkeling right from the house. We could walk down the beach to several restaurants. We rode the bikes to other restaurants. We fell in love with Hopkins and cannot wait to come back and we would definitely stay at Kirsty's house for sure! (While we didn't get a chance to meet Kirsty, we really enjoyed meeting Jay! All of the Luxe staff was so helpful /responsive at all times.

The Babette house was everything we could have wanted and more. Great location and bird watching from the back patio in the morning was a bonus. It was more than enough room for the 6 of us that stayed and very clean. Would rent the house again without hesitation.

The hostess, Terry, is a very friendly and conscientious hostess. She goes beyond the basics in providing amenities. The patio is a lovely spot to sit for a relaxing evening. The sea’s breeze is refreshing. I so appreciated the laundry room. Everything was wonderful here. She has a binder listing places to eat. We tried a few and the food was delicious.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Monique et Maurice. La maison est très fonctionnelle et agréable , la Clim est un vrai plus! L’emplacement est très bien et les instructions d’activité aident beaucoup! Tout était parfait ! Monique est arrangeante et m’a gentiment prêtée son vélo pour aller au Laundry ! Merci encore! Mi hija y yo quedamos encantadas y agradecidas con Luz, es una persona muy amable, te apoya bastante, siempre fue muy atenta, el lugar está cerca de restaurantes, centro, playas, fácilmente para caminar sobre sus calles y playa que están prácticamente a 10-15 min. también cerca de los water taxi que te llevan a Caye coulker que es hermoso, definitivamente y sin duda regresaría a hospedarme de nuevo con ella. gracias Luz por tus atenciones

We really liked our stay here! We were picked up from our water taxi and showed around on our way to the Airbnb. Javier was so nice and had great recommendations. The Airbnb was located just a block from the water and had tons of great restaurants and bars close by. The place was comfortable, we would stay here again!

We are giving them 100 plus percent. A great place to stay very kind and helpful. Nicole was so very nice. They had 5 gallons of clean water, which was a wonderful little perk! They had a wonderful air conditioning split unit that worked well.The bed was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels. A washer and dryer that worked great. Great shower, sink, dishes and silverware for 2 people and cups for 4, coffee maker with coffee and hot chocolate available for us. They had a lovely Love seat and TV we could watch. The area is country area so it feels very safe and there are plenty of roosters around the whole area so remember to bring earplugs. We felt that we had a very comfortable stay and would return and stay there again. Important note*There aren't really addresses so remember that they are the Purple house with a bright light that lights up the street.

Carolyn was the best Airbnb host I have worked with. I have stayed in Airbnb properties all over the world, this was the best. Her attentiveness and fast responses made our stay that much easier. She had fresh flowers in the apartment as a special touch and the property was very clean. Washer & Dryer located on site free of cost. This neighborhood was very safe and just a short walk to a mini grocery store. I accidentally broke a light in the bathroom and Carolyn was fully understanding and I will compensate her for the repair. Carolyn's units are extremely clean, I had the chance to meet the housekeepers and they were very nice and attentive. I hope to stay here again when I return to Belize. Thanks again Carolyn!

I had an amazing stay! Sheena was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. She was always quick to respond to messages and went above and beyond to make things easy for me, she even arranged a taxi from the airport to the ferry with pre-purchased tickets, which made my arrival seamless. The apartment itself was spotless and in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk from the famous Split and only 5 minutes to the ferry. Check-out was simple, and Sheena also arranged a taxi to help me get my heavy luggage to the ferry, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish!

The studio is just as pictured and described! Perfect for a couple or solo travelers. Neighbors were very friendly and the area was walkable to me. The desk area was a plus for me since I was studying a lot during my trip. There’s several places near to get food. There’s also a decent kitchen area with items available for cooking. I personally cooked a couple of times but the fire alarm would go off every time so I decided to eat out more instead. If I was visiting the city again I would stay here again.

Great accommodations (newly built) friendly staff, easy to find, center of it all! The beds are soft and comfortable. Definitely going to rebook. My group was a group of 4px - totally worth it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

Despite the curb appeal…the space was gorgeous and clean and the private rooftop space is top notch! The safe for valuables was important for us, didn’t use any of the kitchen items besides glasses/ mugs…but appeared to have items for cooking. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and live music on Sundays at Saltys directly in front. I would visit this beautiful place again! Schezhana is a very responsive host and helpful, front staff at the property are very kind and helpful as well

Our family of five spent three nights at Emily's place and it was fantastic! Plenty of space, dishes and towels. It was very clean and the view of the ocean, pool and dock were so beautiful. We were met by the manager who made drinks for us and showed us around the place. It is a fun golf cart ride into town which takes about 20-25 minutes and there is so much to see along the way. Emily recommended great restaurants and grocery stores as well as people to take us on snorkeling and fishing tours. I cannot say enough good things about Emily's place. We will stay there again the next time we go to San Pedro for sure!

This condo was great! Management was very helpful with assisting us with planning activities and meals. Be aware that the location is a bit away from Placencia village and will require a golf cart or car. We were a bit nervous driving the golf cart after dark, so used a taxi service for dinners. Taxis are a bit expensive. Be aware that there are sandflies on the beach, particularly around sunset, they were a minor annoyance, but be sure to have bug repellant on, when walking the beach, this is an issue all across Belize. This was our homebase for activities in the area, which included a visit to Cockscomb, Ranguana Caye and fishing. (They picked us up and delivered us with a pile of fish at the Cocoplum dock). We enjoyed meals, lounging and drinks on the beach right next door at the Naia resort. I am a photographer and enjoyed the cool mornings on the patio taking photos of beautiful birds right from the patio. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back.

The location north of the bridge kept us away from the busier climate of San Pedro, but close enough to get there quickly for groceries, dining and ferry service. The on-site restaurant and bar provided a great meal and entertainment on our first night as weary travelers, and other times as well. Bartenders and waitstaff were friendly and fun. Front office staff James and all were always helpful, giving us tips on activities when we were unable to dive due to wind conditions. This two bedroom/two bath unit was great for us, two couples.

Oceans Edge was a lovely place to stay. Esther was so responsive and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. The condo was so beautiful and we were able to walk right out onto the beach. There is a fun bar right across the street but otherwise it was such a nice location away from the hustle and bustle of the town but a short golf cart ride away. We absolutely loved it here!
