Main floor has a dinning room, an open living room w/2 twin beds that can convert to a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, large smart TV with Wi-Fi & cable throughout the house. It has a private porch, a private rooftop deck, small full kitchen, AC, fans, wifi, Smart TV with Netflix & Disney+, one queen size bed, unlimited drinking water and BIKES! BBQ grill & picnic table located in shared yard. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.
