The Nest at Camp Skoglund

Sitting 125 feet from the east shore of Echo Lake is the Nest at Camp Skoglund. A cozy cottage for two with all of the amenities you will need. Your deck provides a wooded view of the lake and we offer a fully equipped waterfront for your relaxation and fun on the water. A fire pit is also available. If you need lodging for more than 2, please inquire about our other cabin, Pop's (also on AirBnb). We are open seasonally starting in early June until Columbus Day or later depending on the weather.

Lake front home with large, flat, grassy lake side yard and unobstructed views of the lake. Lots of lake-side and woods-side decks and a large screened porch. Huge private driveway can hold at least 6 vehicles. Open concept first floor, 12 chair table, a brand new huge sectional couch, spacious kitchen with new appliances and plenty of floor space to boogie around. Tons of sleeping space with 5 large bedrooms a loft with two single beds, an extra bedroom with sleep-sofa and a huge L-couch.

My sister and i will welcome you to our guest cottage on a quiet lake in Belgrade. We are including a dropped off gourmet breakfast-you pick the time, between 7:30 and 9:00. We include waterfront access as well as use of a kayak. We are located on a beautiful lake in the middle of the woods. Peaceful and absolulely quiet. We will practice extreme sanitation as well as social distancing. One well behaved dog is welcome as long as they are not left alone in the cottage- dog bed supplied.

The Waterfront Cottage sits directly on the shores of Snow Pond, 15 minutes from Colby College and downtown Waterville and 1/2 mile from the Snow Pond Center for the Arts. Enjoy the BEST sunset views from the private dock and listen to the waves and loons at night. The private front deck is the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail after a day of swimming and kayaking from the sandy beach. You also have a private outdoor hot soaking tub and water view barrel sauna. Paradise!
