Truly appreciated our stay in Luanda at Leonid’s place. We were pleasantly surprised by the size, much bigger than expected, and even more so by the pool outside, which wasn’t necessarily advertised when looking for a place to stay. The place was also clean both on the inside and outside. Leonid was very open and even allowed a visit before the stay, moreover, very good at communicating and being responsive to fix small issues/problems that came up in the house during our stay. It is in a residential area, which is rather quiet and secure. We also appreciated the maintenance staff that was available to help, as needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s planning a stay in Luanda.

My family and I had a very positive experience with this company, we found that the property was exactly as described and the images of the property displayed on the website was also very accurate. When we arrived we found that the pool was not usable due to some issues, however this issue was resolved the very next day. (The swimming pool is clean and well maintained although we didn’t get to use it much due to other activities we planned) The management team were very responsive and also contacted us from time to time making sure that everything was working properly within the property. (We felt welcomed and at home at all times) They have an amazing cleaning lady who cleans the property every couple of days she does her job very well and is polite , they also have a security guard in front of the building at night. (Which made us feel extra safe) Overall we are glad we chose this property to spend our time in Luanda and we would definitely use their services for our next visit.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le cadre est sécurisant, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable lorsqu'on voyage avec un enfant et que l'on vient de l'étranger. Le personnel de maison a été très gentil et toujours disponible. L'hôte (Pedro) a été très accueillant et présent pour nous guider et nous aider tout au long du séjour. La piscine est belle, un vrai plus, surtout pour les enfants ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

This three-bedroom house exceeded all my expectations! The design is incredibly modern, the space is spotless, and the overall elegance is unmatched. The private pool was a true highlight, and the spectacular view of the Bay of Luanda made every moment feel magical. This is, without a doubt, the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in while in Luanda. Catarina and Luis were absolutely amazing—so helpful and attentive throughout my stay. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for luxury and comfort in Luanda.

Going to Africa was my great desire for a long time and going there also to meet the woman of my dreams was really awesome! My host was very attentive in every detail, offering me to get touch with him anytime i needed. His brother also was very nice and he offered us to cut fresh coconut and served us in our last day.

A Soraia foi atenciosa e prestativa desde os primeiros contatos. As dicas e orientações tornou a estadia em Luanda bem agradável . O apartamento , além de muito confortável , estava limpo e com todos utensílios importantes para o cotidiano de uma temporada/viagem. Fiquei muito satisfeita .
