De studio is de bovenverdieping van ons achterhuis, met eigen opgang, kleine douche/wc en keukentje. De ruimte is 10 bij 6, met uitzicht over de Beemsterringvaart. Het is 10 minuten lopen naar de bushalte. Met bus 314 kun je de ene kant op naar de historische stad Hoorn en de andere kant naar Amsterdam centraal. De bus doet daar 40 minuten over. Het beste kun je vooraf aan je bezoek bij Amsterdam traveltickets kaarten kopen zodat je van al het openbaar vervoer gebruik kunt maken ( 26/ 33 euro)

Ons sfeervolle huisje staat achter in de tuin, en is opgebouwd uit de oude bouwmaterialen van de oude veiling van Avenhorn. Gunstig gelegen op 10-40 km. van: Hoorn-Enkhuizen-Medemblik, Edam-Volendam-Marken. Maar zeker ook Alkmaar, de Zaanse schans, Amsterdam en niet te vergeten de kust van N.Holland.

You'll have a lot of privacy and the owner is happy to inform you and make it as comfortable as possible. The cottage is suitable for couples, solo business travelers and families (with children).

A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).
