Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

A private self contained modern Annex in the quiet village of Rotherwick. Driveway parking in front of annex. TV- Netflix and Wi fi available. Pub a short walk away. Tilney Hall and golf club only 15 minutes walk away. Hook is only 2 miles away where there is a Sainsburys store, restaurants, takeaways and cafes and mainline railway to London. Easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway. The Vyne National trust only 8miles. With the village and local walks on your doorstep this is the perfect get away.

The Coach House offers complete privacy located just 7 minutes from Junction 11 of the M4 and 20 minutes from Junction 5 on the M3. Ideal for groom/guests attending weddings at nearby venues Trunkwell House Hotel (same village), The Mill House in Swallowfield (5 minutes), Heckfield Place, Highfield Park, Wokefield Park and Wellington Arms Hotel (each 10 minutes).

The Loft @ Burghfield is a hotel style self-contained one bedroomed annexe with separate entrance, kitchenette and ensuite shower room. Located in the heart of the charming village of Burghfield Common it offers excellent links to Reading, Basingstoke, Newbury and London as well as offering woodland walks on the doorstep. Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight.

A self-contained newly build 20 m2 studio with separate entrance and parking. The studio is comprised of an en-suite bathroom, a super-king bed, a tall boy and a work desk. A kitchenette just next to the room with fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and a tumble dryer. “The kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or an oven.” The studio is brand new and built to high standards. The studio is a 15 minutes walk to Wokingham train station and town centre.

Great Annexe

You are welcome to this spacious, peaceful and comfortable accommodation backing onto lush nature gardens that is close to all amenities, junction 11 of the M4, community recreation fields and bus stops. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. It is within a mile and a half of the university of reading and the Royal Berkshire hospital. If you are interested in keeping fit, the leisure centre is less than 10 minutes walk away. The Annex is comfortably furnished.

Pet friendly Farm stay in amazing countryside

Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

Private double bedroom and en-suite bathroom

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.
