PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Large self contained double room with ensuite set in 2 acres of garden You have your own front door so can come and go as you wish. We will respect your privacy. There is a bistro table at the front and bench at the back. Teas , coffee, continental breakfast all left for you A 15 minutes walk to the village, pubs, cafe and shop. Close to train stations in to London ( 30 mins)

This fabulous studio is within easy access to the M25 and M1 (both only a few miles away) and is less than a mile away from the mainline station in Kings Langley. It is an ideal location for visitors to the Harry Potter studios in Leavesden (approx 8 minutes by car). It can accommodate two people in a Superking bed making it ideal for couples, (not suitable for toddlers or very young children).
