A place to unwind in the woods relaxing in nature, but only a short distance from Fredericton & Woodstock NB, and Houlton ME.

Staycation, vacation or work trip - enjoy a view of the river from the kitchen and living room! There are 3 bdrms - 2 queens and bunk beds for the kiddos - the top bunk is for children ONLY. Extra charges will apply if used otherwise. Tastefully decorated and beautifully modern, you will feel right at home. Minutes from the Hwy exit, 20 mins. to US border town, Houlton, Me.! The house is in a wooded area, with a view of two rivers in winter and woods view in summer. There is a large deck for sunset views that guests are welcome to use. Nearby is the Shore Road where one can walk along the river or put a kayak or canoe in. A half-hour north is a fine dining restaurant and art gallery. Woodstock has a few varied restaurants and a cafe downtown, a craft beer and a restaurant pub, community centre with free indoor walking/running track.

Enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming from our 1800 feet of frontage on the Meduxnekeag river, or hiking and snowshoeing on our 70+ acres. 5 minutes from the Houlton Golf course and the snowmobile trails. Roast some smores on the campfire with the kids at sunset, or cosy up and watch a movie inside on a rainy day.
