We had a great stay at Sanjiv's property during the India v England Test match. It was in an ideal location, 30 minutes walk from the stadium and with a open rooftop giving stunning views of the mountains and over Dharamshala - definitely pop up there around sunset! Sanjiv was a most friendly and responsive host (who speaks good English) and helped organise travel for me to go trekking at short notice when the cricket finished early. One minor point to be aware of - the GPS location pin on AirBnb wasn't accurate so I took a while to find the house. It's up a lane that leaves the main road to the right of Hotel Sajan / opposite 7 To 9 Needs.

It was a lovely 3 day stay @ Kunal’s place. It’s a new listing. While we encountered some issue’s drag adding cleanliness, but host was always phone call / message away to resolve. Understandable that at hilly areas life is not as in cities but Kunal was ever responsive and through our stay tried his best to help / support us wherever he could. We will be back soon and it was a pleasant stay. Then listing is as described on Airbnb and amenities mentioned are present.

We had an amazing stay at Nazara House, perfectly situated between lower Dharamsala and the upper regions like McLeodganj. The view from the property is absolutely stunning—you get a panoramic look at the Dharamsala valley and the HPCA stadium, and on clear days, the Dhauladhar range is a majestic sight to behold. The house itself is extremely well-equipped with everything you could ask for—three spacious bedrooms, a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances (fridge, microwave, purifier, etc) and even a washing machine and bathtub in the bathroom. The highlight was definitely the pool table in the living area—a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Sukhdev ji, our host, was warm, helpful, and ensured we had a very comfortable stay. There was also a kind and efficient maid who helped with cooking and maintaining the house, making it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a peaceful yet accessible base in Dharamsala.

Staying at this property was an incredible experience. The atmosphere was incredibly serene and peaceful, making it an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The property boasts excellent amenities including a gated community and a well-equipped clubhouse featuring snooker, a gym, and table tennis facilities. These amenities added a lot of value to our stay, providing both relaxation and entertainment options. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and look forward to visiting again in the future. The host, Himanshu, deserves special mention for his exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, providing us with local itineraries and guiding us through the process of booking cabs to explore the nearby attractions. Overall, staying at this property was a memorable experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent amenities and outstanding hospitality.

This place was wonderful. It was my first stop in India so the perfect place to settle in. It’s a short walk from McLeod Ganj and is surrounded by great amenities including a couple of great restaurants, a shop and a gym. The area is a great mix of Tibetan/Buddhist and Indian cultures. It’s wonderful! The view from the balcony is spectacular and the kitchen is well equipped for self catering. I was remote working so the work desk was ideal but trying to work without getting mesmerised by the view was hard 😂 The team couldn’t have done more for me including getting an Indian SIM card. Thanks guys. I’ll be returning and I can’t wait.

Shubham is an exceptional host! One of the main reasons we choose Airbnb is for the warm, home-like experience, and Shubham truly delivered. He welcomed us like friends rather than just guests, making our stay even more special. The location is fantastic, and overall, this has been the most pleasant Airbnb experience I’ve had so far. Highly recommended!

The apartment looked exactly the same as in photos, everything was right clean bathrooms, comfortable rooms, choice of books and board games for timepass and on the top of everything you could hear the river flowing nearby which is soothing at night. Host Surbhi is also a very nice person you don't feel like you are meeting her for the first time, she is very helpful. I recommend this place who wants to visit Dharamshala

Amazing property, very well managed by the host bobby. At a walking distance from hidamba temple and old manali and mall road. Highly recommended.

Honestly, I don't think there is any better property at the given prices. Located At one of my favourite and most peaceful locations in Bir. loved the experience.

Beautiful place to stay with family or friends. Serene Sorrounding, on one side its mountains with snow and on the other side it's green fields. Well equipped with Good Speaker, Games, Books, Playing Chips and Bonfire Lovely Indian food and Barbeque. Please do plan and inform the requirements before hand itself, as it's cooked fresh. Also, there can be delay in prepartion of food. Above all, credit goes to Mashal and Sanjay, for making our stay as homely as possible.

We had awesome 2 night's stay at Sonali's place - Studio Indique. It's a very spacious studio apartment for 3 people and a huge bathroom. Nice little kitchen in the corner of the apartment to cook or heat. Spacious dining and living space, albeit it's studio apartment. It also has high-speed Internet and nice garden outside to chill out. No TV in the apartment to spend good family time, and we were very happy about it. There are grocery stores and cafes just outside the home stay. So, you can cook your essentials or try culinary skills. Sonali also suggested us few good restaurants around Dharamshala - Sakura (Japanese) and Mcloed Ganj - Hot Yak (Chinese and Tibetan), where we had lip smacking foods. I also celebrated my Wife's birthday at Sonali's place with a delicious cake from nearby cake shop and red wine to make it special. Also, my daughter had medical emergency at the midnight, and Sonali helped us with the hospital details and guided us until she recovered. Thaks Sonali :-)

This is not actually an Airbnb, it is a room in the Chokling Arthouse, which is the hotel next to Chokling Monastery. I never did meet Kartik, and when I asked about him, everyone at the guesthouse stared blankly, as if they'd never heard of him. But the hotel is lovely, as is the management, and the room is very spacious and comfortable with spectacular views. I loved my stay here. That said, it is definitely not big enough for three people. This is a suite for two people, even though the hotel will offer you an extra cot at a fee. There is really no where to put it, though, unless one person slept in the sitting area. There is also no kitchen, just a microwave and a few bowls, spoons, etc. There is AC, hot water, and a lovely sitting area. The hotel restaurant has extremely slow service and not many options, but the waiters are extremely friendly. This room opens onto a large public terrace area, which be noisy at night with people doing fire spinning, etc.

We stayed for 2 days and it was very good experience with good mountain view, food was very good and staff is also very supportive and the rooms were also very clean and beautiful

The Place and the Stay is amazing. The property is exactly like the pictures and the hosts have made it very comfortable for the guests. Plus its pet friendly. It’s clean and hygienic. Kitchen has every possible thing you might need during the stay and so does the washroom.

The place is absolutely serene and aesthetically pleasing from every corner. The caretaker, Babli is friendly and helpful. I genuinely had the BEST time.

דירה יפה ממש, מתאימה מאוד למשפחות מרווחת מאוד עם משחקים לילדים, נקיון יומי באיכות גבוהה. הכל כמו בתיאור והתקשורת עם אמיל הייתה מעולה. החיסרון היחיד היה שיש אזור ללא מעקה במדרגות וזה קצת מפחיד עם ילדים, בנוסף ביקשנו נייר טואלט כמה פעמים ולא קיבלנו.

This is one of the most beautiful & professionally managed home stays I have been to. - The location is really peaceful and scenic - In fact the room and amenities exceeded expectations - Himanshu was very proactive in his correspondence & professional in his management of the place - Would highly recommend this place

This is a spacious, sunlit apartment with 2 nice rooms, good beds, a functional kitchen and bathroom. There is no shower; bucket method only. Namita is a responsive hostess, nice as can be. She responds quickly and handles whatever needed. Plus, she is the best chef in Himachal Pradesh. The location is decent, a grocery store across the street and walking distance to other basics. Kotvali Bazaar and McLeodgage are accessible. I will stay here again when I return to Dharamshala.
