We designed this boutique, eco retreat to welcome guests to enjoy panoramic mountain views, the wild landscape, a lakeside hot tub, peace, calm and our organic produce. Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. Nestled in the heart of Gap of Dunloe Glacial Valley, Beaufort, Killarney on the Ring of Kerry, spend some quiet time in our lovingly restored 1800s cottage. The accommodation comprises of one King bed downstairs, a mezzanine with 2 single beds and second mezzanine with one single bed, both accessed by ladder. Cottage is Off Grid, lights and fridge are solar powered,. Cooker, hot water, heating and shower are powered by gas.

My space is ideal for couples and the solo traveler alike. My Studio apartment is attached to my home (a traditional Irish farmhouse) . We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

It is an ideal location for people who love to explore the outdoors with several walks including The Gap Of Dunloe , Upper Lake of Killarney, Purple Mountains, The Kerry way and the Black Valley all accessibly from the apartment.It is situated on our farm together with Shamrock Farmhouse and Shamrock Cottage.

Our guests will enjoy easy access to the McGillycuddy Reeks mountain range. Killlarneys finest golf courses and lakes as well as The Gap of Dunloe from this centrally located place. The apartment is situated in a country area on the wild Atlantic Way. Nearest hotel is 5min drive which offers pool golfing and a bicycle hire service. Killlarney Town is 10min drive. The famous Inch Beach is a short 20min drive away. Guests can enjoy fresh eggs during their stay from our chicken farm 😊

A shop, pubs and restaurants only 5 minute walk. The INEC is only a 1 km walk away along the promenade, Please note this cottage does not have level access.
