Great location with free parking and beautiful views. Downtown is a quick 10 minute drive. Please note, it is the top floor of a duplex.

An addition occurred in the 1950's. It has been lovingly owned by the same family for many years. Antique yet modern with conveniences such as Starlink, USB charging stations, and a dedicated work area. Visit historic Mill Street or take a short walk to the Los Pinos River and local parks.

Great forest escape in the mountains. Our house offers space to come together as a family, slow down and enjoy nature. The fresh, cool mountain air is refreshing and inviting. Like most mountain homes, our house does not have AC as the breeze keeps the house cooler. During those unseasonably warm times, the box fans in the windows keep the air flowing and trips to the lake or river are just perfect! We have upgraded our internet and are averaging speeds over 100 MBPS.
