The Little Mansion is a 3,000 sq ft 4-bedroom+2.5-bathroom cottage sprawling across a half acre of land providing you with a private oasis. This is the perfect cottage for family reunions or group gatherings, with all amenities a short walk away. We invite you to stay in our little slice of paradise that we’ve grown to love and make memories that will last a lifetime!

Christy Cottage - Newly renovated Bayfield cottage

Our newly renovated Bayfield bungalow is perfectly located half a block to the beautiful Lake Huron beaches, and minutes to the historic Main Street and Clan Gregor Square. Options are endless - spend the day shopping and dining on Main Street, enjoy the beautiful beach and sunsets, bike around town on the bicycles provided, or take the kids to the playground and splash pad at Clan Gregor Square. Don’t forget to enjoy the cottages private deck, fire pit and Samsung frame tv for rainy days.

A cozy cottage near the beach and downtown Bayfield. A hop, skip, and a jump and you'll find yourself walking down the Glass st. beach entrance. A 5 minute walk the other way and you're in beautiful downtown Bayfield, where there are shops, parks, and an amazing variety of restaurants to choose from. *Note: there is a suite in the back where I am often in and out of throughout the year- I’ll be using it and the backyard, but I don't mind sharing! Neither do my 2 pups, Theos and Selwyn!

Cozy up and enjoy family time with some arcade games & vinyl, BBQ on the patio, relax in the plug and play hot tub, watch the kids play on the playset or light the campfire and enjoy the starry nights.

Relax in the open and large loft-like upstairs kitchen and living room featuring a large deck overlooking a picturesque field and your own private beach. Perfect location for family or group getaways in every season to relax, hit the beach, walk, ski - either on the property or nearby trails!

There's also parking for 3 cars and a level 2 EV charger on the premises!
