Lovely stay at Lexie's caravan at Waihi Beach. First time semi camping with my two young children and it had all of the basic amenities we needed for a great time. Very private with the orientation of the deck overlooking the campsite. Fantastic and easy communication. Loved the later checkout. Thank you!

Beautiful private spot perfect for a mini getaway. The rustic cozy cabins are super cool. The amenities and little extras provided exceed some flash hotels we’ve stayed at. Everything you need and nothing you dont.

Phillip is a gem of a host and it was a real pleasure to meet with him and stay at his lovely property, the peace, quiet and privacy make it worth every penny, the sounds of birds chirping, the greenery and the calm is a combination worth experiencing more than once :)

Absolute gem of a place! Beautiful peaceful location - birdsong and sunshine! The two baths and firepit made this place unique and special. The card games, avocados, eggs and yummy selection of tea made this Airbnb really stand out. Away from wifi and the stresses of the world. Super comfy bed and outdoor furniture too! Highly recommend you come here for a relaxing time away

Such a lovely and artistic place! The interior felt really thoughtfully designed — super cozy with a creative vibe. We stayed here with my dog, and it couldn’t have been more pet-friendly. There was even a food bowl and some treats waiting for him, which was such a sweet touch! We both felt right at home. Bonus: we could see some cute little sheep just outside the door! The whole area and the city itself are really dog-friendly too. Would totally recommend this spot to any pet owner — or honestly anyone looking for a peaceful, well-designed place to stay.

Had a great stay at Jason's place, Jason and his dad were very friendly and helpful with any queries and made us feel welcome. We really appreciated the bikes and enjoyed riding around the town. The cabin was cosy and very well equipped. We would love to return

Soooo schön! Eine besondere Unterkunft,  so viele liebevolle Details. Die Fotos geben gar nicht wieder,  wie phantastisch diese Unterkunft ist! Durch die vielen kleinen Gebäude fühlt man sich wie in ein kleines Märchenland versetzt. Besonders gut hat uns das Badezimmer gefallen,  es ist eine kleine Wellness-Oase! Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Man muss sich auf ein kleines Abenteuer einlassen. Leider konnten wir nicht länger bleiben, aber wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Die Kommunikation vorab war etwas holprig.

Absolutely amazing!! Was exactly what we were looking for, very clean and tidy and the perfect location for our weekend. I would stay there again in a heartbeat 😊

A lovely spot overlooking nature. I had a restful night and everything that I needed for my quick trip.

Very nice modern private place close to town, redwoods, Hellgate, etc. nicely furnished plus equipped with working fridge microwave and kitchen items. Shower included shampoo, conditioner, and body . Super proactive directions to location and easy check-in. Netflix was great for evening movie.

Gorgeous little cabin in the perfect spot, set amongst the orchard. The cabin is private, cosy, well designed and has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend for the price and location and look forward to coming back :)

We’re so happy we got to stay in your clean, well-equipped, and lovely little cabin. It had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the extra touches like the fresh eggs from your backyard chickens, the coffee machine, pods, and milk. Your hospitality was warm and thoughtful—we truly felt cared for. Thank you both so much!

Great place, nice and peaceful

looking for peace & to switch off from the pressures of city life for a night or two then this is the place for you, Fantastic scenery, private & the option of 3 different rooms. you can hire all 3 and it would be an awesome get away for family or a group of friends. One of the rooms has its own bathroom and the other two shared facilities which were only a couple of meters away in the stockyard shed.All clean safe and great hot shower too! We had the best sleep ever! It is off the grid but the solar power was more than enough for basic power, lighting,charging devices etc.Cell phone reception is patchy but a few steps up to the barn and you well connected to the world again. (also being semi disconnected added to the charm of the place.) Bring all your own food & drinks + maybe a board game or 2 and really just enjoy the awesome spot without having to venture into town &relax. bonus is the use of a private boat ramp, we had our 2 jetskis and had an amazing time exporting the lake

Upon arrival, Matthew was there to help and guide us and I also requested some basic flower petal set up for my fiancés birthday and he did that which was so beautiful! The views and everything was amazing and so stunning that we couldn’t take our eyes off! We took so many photos and we didn’t want to check out and leave! Everything was warm and cosy and so beautiful, it was the most perfect weekend getaway. We couldn’t use the outdoor bathtub because it was sooooo cold but otherwise everything was so perfect. Would 1000% come back again ☺️

We loved our stay! It was quiet, cozy and cute. There were many thoughtful details that made our stay feel homey (even when we were checking out!). Philip was friendly and communicative, and very helpful in making local recommendations. We would recommend this stay to anyone visiting New Zealand 😊
