A fabulous stay of five days - made even better by a spell of great weather and wall to wall sunshine. Beautiful and varied beaches all nearby, from Waipu through to Te Arai. Accommodation layout perfect for family, children and grandparents allowing a bit of separation. Peaceful & private location. Well equipped. Lovely high ceiling living space with excellent indoor/outdoor area. Minor access issue caused by 3 year old swiftly fixed by Sarah with the minimum of fuss, for which we were very grateful.

Beautiful and well equipped Bach in a peaceful and tranquil place. Stone throw away from the beach. Thank you very much to our friendly hosts (Chloe and Ben) for letting us rent this gorgeous house.

Staying at this place for a couple of months, feels like my home away from home. Living room, kitchen and bathroom are all great. Bobbie responds quickly to any requests with good information.

Quite and serene place to relax and unwind. Pahia town center is about 30 minutes drive. Experienced beautiful night sky full of stars.

Veronica was wonderful, even brought a jacket back to Auckland for us that we had accidentally left behind. We had a great stay, thanks so much.

what a place!! the house is far back road and incredibly serene. we came with two young kids and 4 adults and there was heaps to keep us occupied. trip across the estuary with kayaks to these amazing beach breaks a particular highlight. The whole house has something for everyone and honestly think we may be back. Rebecca was also an amazing host and had loads of local knowledge to share.

Had a wonderfult time at Jon's home. Was exactly what we needed. Beautiful home in a picturesque setting. Would love to stay again when needed.

we had a great stay here for mums 70th with the 4 grandchildren. a large property that felt like home. we enjoyed bennetts and the tavern markets but accidentally went to the wrong sand dunes (thanks to Googlemaps. i should have read Tins local instructions instead). I was pleasantly surprised that there was a double oven. this meant we were able to have dinner in the house on the first night. the girls loved the spa and plentiful toys in their room. the baby had his portacot set up in the walk in wardrobe so he didnt wake the others. mum said it was the best birthday ever. highly likely we will be back next year!

Myself, my mother and my 4 year old daughter stayed at Amy’s. The place was perfect and we appreciated the little touches - my daughter especially enjoyed the chocolate on her pillow 😆. The place was private, the kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Amy and Clare!

We had a wonderful stay at Shelley’s place the house was exactly as described but even better inside than we expected. We loved having fresh eggs and bread on arrival along with fruit and lots of other goodies. Shelley was so helpful and kind our entire stay and always in touch immediately when we need to ask something. The location is only a 20 min walk into town along the beach or over the the hill depending on the tides. It’s a great place to stay to explore the Bay of Islands!

Lovely place! Nice building, chic deciration and everything u need. Morning coffee at yard listening whike birds are singing was absolutely a huge plus to my visit!

Wow, what an incredible slice of paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is tastefully decorated and we felt at home right away. We loved morning coffee on the front deck looking out to the sea, walking down the road to the beach for swims and to paddleboard around the lagoon. Our toddler had so much fun in the outdoor bath and there is wildlife galore. We will definitely be back to Te Tii and the gorgeous house.

Really enjoyed our stay again this time in Manuka cabin. Lovely and private and nicely decorated, ideal for a couple. Really enjoyed the fire pit at night, great hosts, thanks again.

We were very satisfied with Zarna’s place; it was as described but better than the photographs suggest. It was very peaceful and quiet. The little lake area was lovely.

Our stay at Tui & Nikau was beautiful. The place is so serene, private, and peaceful, and the accommodation had everything we needed and more. The hosts were super helpful and made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend!

We loved every minute of our stay at Nuku Cabin. Diane was so welcoming and made us feel totally at home. I loved all of the thoughtful detail she has gone to make our dog feel at home also, with supplying a doggy bowl, blanket and bed. The house was absolutely pristine and had everything we could possibly want. My family will definitely be back again.

We had a fantastic and relaxing stay at Dee's place, all the amenities were provided and the place itself is bigger and more spacious than what appears in the photos. Although I didn't meet Dee, she was very responsive and accommodating, setting up an extra bed for the last minute addition to our group. We appreciated the quiet and bucolic setting and we would absolutely stay here again!

Der Healing Raum war äußerst schon, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der super ausgestatteteten Küche, haben wir uns ein leckeres Abendessen gekocht, welches wir später auf unserer Terasse, mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Hururu Falls genossen. Besonders schön ist der Ausblick nach Sonnenuntergang

Thank you Linda for a beautiful stay, the space was perfect! Linda was friendly, helpful & a great host, allowing us to arrive early on short notice & kindly offering a few extra hours on our last day. We enjoyed the stay very much w the serene private backyard & outdoor bath. Great access to the township & local pub just a stroll out the backgate! Highly recommend!

If you love nature, this is the place for you! We liked our stay in the cabin so much that we extented it. We enjoyed the stunning views into the bay from the garden, picknick down at the jetty at the waterfront, self-cooked dinner in the cosy kitchen, pink sky sunsets. Most of all we enjoyed the absolute privacy out in eagle height. Alex was a delightful host who gave us great recommandations for beautiful beaches nearby.

Russell is an INCREDABLE place . Spectacular. We sat on Main Street for hours . Loved it so much we stayed another night. Kiwis on the property!!!! Shane was a ripper bloke . Could not have been nicer . His local knowledge was Olympic class. I could have slept on a rock and would have loved the Russell experience. Beautiful harbour.

My mum and I had a wonderful stay in Haruru. Delphine, Guillaume and their daughter Toscane welcomed us very warmly. The cabin is very cute, spotless clean and perfect for 2. Great kitchen and bathroom with everything you might need. Delphine has plenty of recommendations of what's not to miss in the area. We had a lovely time with them and highly recommend this place.

What a magical stay! Surrounded by lush nature, complete privacy, spotless, pristine accomodation. Place looks even better than the photos. You can see the level of attention by the host. We had everything we needed and more! You can drive all the way to the accomodation and park outside for ease of access. View from the bathtub was something out of the movies. You can almost see the milky way at night. We will definitely be back!
