We had such a fantastic stay. The amenities were fantastic, great views and we all felt right at home. Thank you for all the lovely touches of the Easter eggs and home baking too. It was the perfect place to stay in the lead up to our wedding.

A brand-new house, has everything to live comfortably and prepare meals. The office deck was great to use as a base for work. We would stay again if we could.

Really cozy place in a quiet neighbourhood. Quite close to the beach and the center town to Whangarei is an easy 20min drive. Love that we were able to find a place that is friendly for pets!

Vern and Karen are so friendly. This was one of the best places we stayed at during our trip. Very accommodating hosts. The kitchen is really small/very little counter space but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Thank you for the warm stay, it was in a quiet and beautiful location..the bed was comfy and the unit was pristine clean..condiments and a small range of breakfast was provided along with choccy treats, juice and milk which I found a bonus compared to other bnbs I have stayed at !! Would definitely stay again.

10/10, would highly recommend. Nola, Don & Ziggy (dog), all greeted us upon our arrival. The accomodation was perfect, private, clean, beds were very comfortable, a truly stunning home with lush bush and sea views. Nola went beyond the call of duty & left breakfast items, fruit & sweet treats in the kitchen! The coffee machine (& pods) was also a real treat & appreciated! Nothing was a problem and Nola was happy to assist us with any of our questions. Thank you once again Nola & Don for an incredible stay!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Russell, close to gas station, town centre. The views are phenomenal to sit and have breakfast.

Shirley’s place was awesome definitely worth while a visit whether it be for business or leisure. Shirley has the kitchen stocked with breakfast and snacks. I will definitely return when I’m up north next.

Brent & Leanne’s place was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The room was separate to the house with your own little driveway. They provided breakfast and some little treats. Highly recommend.

Lovely host and very comfortable room. Easy walking distance to local shops and where I needed to be, easy access to SH1 as well. Great place to relax and do a bit of writing.

Linda is a very friendly and welcoming person. The house has a wonderful harbour and bush outlook. The bedroom had a lovely ambiance. Personal touches with Candles in the bedroom and bathroom. We were there during cyclone Tam just recently so it created a peaceful atmosphere. We also had the most delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal. The breakfast table was set a beautifully. Thank you Linda 🥰

Jennie’s place is set in a beautiful garden with a rural feel yet you are able to walk into town in a few minutes. Both Jennie and her husband are very friendly and responsive to any need you might have. The place is comfortable and has its own entrance. We felt very welcomed there and the provided breakfast was above all our expectations! And, they gave us a ride to the airport, too! Would not hesitate to stay there again!

Very special place in the middle of the forest. Exhuberant vegetation, vegetables and fruits ready to harvest. Kind company always ready to help. Authentic vintage atmosphere. Three hens, one ruster and five friendly dogs (usually only two small ones). Don't miss it !

Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf in de lodge van Victoria and Damian! Na een aantal weken in een campervan te hebben gereisd waren we toe aan rust, een fijn bed en comfort. Dit vonden we allemaal in deze lodge. Fijne faciliteiten, alles ziet er superschoon en mooi ingericht uit, en het is een hele rustige omgeving met een mooi uitzicht. Gayle ist eine tolle, großzügige und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Räume sind sehr schön, außerdem eine tolle Terrasse mit fantastischer Aussicht und eine großartige Küche! Das Haus ist ein Art Deco Traum. Wir kommen gern wieder!
