Beautiful condo and beautiful beachfront views. Quick and easy access to beach. Resort has tons of amenities. Loved the kiddie pool for my 4 year old. Alan is super nice and responsive. Would definitely book with Alan again!

Alan’s place is easily one of the best places we have stayed! Everything was super clean, everything you need is there! Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, washer/dryer. Perfect view of the beach right off the balcony and just steps away from the beach! Will definitely stay at one of his properties in the future!!!

Amber was a great host to our employees. Very responsive and accommodating. The home was within a short drive to their work location, groceries, and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Leah was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication a breeze. We especially appreciated the toys and books in the children nook and how quiet the neighborhood was. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Only great things to say about this stay. The photographs do not do this place justice. The beach was a very short golf cart drive, and was absolutely gorgeous. The house was spotless and the host was very responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing retreat.

Our family stayed at the Anchors Away townhouse in August 2024, and we couldn’t be happier about the house and the location! Very close to the beach, easy to get around, such a peaceful and beautiful location. The house is very big, lit and clean, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We loved the house, the pool area was stunning. The house was cozy and everyone at Oversee made us feel welcomed and was extremely responsive to any question we had. The two bikes made all the difference and enriched our experience vacationing greatly, enabling us to enjoy the area without having to rent costly bicycles daily. The small thoughtful touches the entire Oversee team out in are noticeable and go such a long way in making guests feel like this was the best choice for a vacation stay. We are thankful and will be booking with Oversee next time we are back without any hesitation.

The house is very nice and looks just like the pics. Very close beach access, the only drawback is crossing the highway to get there. Golf cart and bikes were very handy to have but also- the highway comes into play eventually. The only other drawback was that several of the communities like Rosemary beach- do not allow golf carts so you have to bike or drive. Also dinner reservations are a must in peak seasons. The host is responsive but when we asked for things like additional trash bags they basically told us we should be able to get by with what they provided which I think was 5 total. As luck turned out- their oven broke so the cooking we would have done didn’t happen and it all worked out fine- minus no oven. Overall a quiet and safe seeming neighborhood with great proximity to lots of things.

Very beautiful condo, very clean also.The view to the beach is breath taking!!Plenty of swimming pools to choose from, very kid friendly. I would definitely recommend to staying here, i had no problems whatsoever.

Look no further, this is the one!! Beautiful end unit on the 22nd floor. Tons of natural light. Long Balcony with 5 chairs. 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable furnishings. Susie is an excellent host, from start to finish. The view is phenomenal. You can see all the way down the strip, as well as the ocean, which is only feet away. Condo is large, and the rooms are separate, so you don't feel like you are on top of each other. Pier Park, and all it has to offer, is just steps away from this resort. The pool is not overly crowded and we were able to get chairs every day. 2 beach chairs also come with the rental. You won't regret this one.

Anthony’s place was perfect for our small family! Everything we wanted to do was just steps away! We truly didn’t feel the need to leave the resort. The view was amazing! The staff at the resort were awesome and we actually really enjoyed the restaurant! The pools were great for our one day of double red flags! Despite that we had perfect weather and a perfect stay! We normally book different places but would definitely come back and stay here! Like other reviews the trash was noisy but a small price to pay for the convenience! Thanks for the great trip!

Very cozy house, even with more than everything you need for a vacation and a comfortable stay with kids! That makes feel like at home and is perfect for the long stay. The access to the pool and to the beach is very convenient. Owners are very pleasant, helpful and supportive! Would love to return again!

We ended up staying 15 days… what a wonderful location and condo. It was close to everything we love in PCB. Kitchen is fully stocked and lots of dishes. The pots and pans were very nice, clean and not all scratched up… The view from the balcony was so beautiful. We will definitely be returning… if I could change anything it would be the mattress in the master.. for me it was very hard but everyone likes what they a used to so a 3” memory foam pad made it perfect for me.. We can’t wait to go back soon.
