Delightful 17th century cottage with many original features. 2 double bedrooms with a further bedroom with 2 single beds suitable for children or close friends as access is from bedroom. Ground floor bathroom. Small private garden. Set in the pleasant village of Batheaston opposite Solsbury Lane leading to famous Solsbury Hill and the wonderful views, close to bus stop with frequent buses into Bath 3 miles away. There are several pubs within walking distance that also serve food. Parking.

This spacious Grade II listed 3 bed house with a garden is a 30 minute walk from Bath city centre in the Upper Weston region of Bath. There are shops, cafe's, take aways and pubs all within a couple of minutes walk as well as glorious countryside on the doorstep. It has easy access to the M4 giving it great links to the city centre as well as further afield. The property would be perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxing stay in the Bath area. This beautiful self-contained annexe has a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, all with amazing views of the countryside. Separate own front door and patio area. Only 15 mins from Bath by car and 10 mins from the historic town of Corsham with Lacock Abbey an easy drive away. Both Stonehenge (1 hour away) and Longleat Stately Home & Safari Park (40 minutes) are not too far away for a visit either.
