Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Old Farm, Built 1580's, Nr Bath, Wells & Cheddar

Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. Double Room - Female guests only

Clean, comfortable double bed and stylish room. This is a female only house so you can feel safe and secure. Use of shared bathroom. Tea, coffee and a simple breakfast of cereal provided - plant based milk. 2 minutes walk to bus stop - 15 mins bus ride into town. Countryside on your doorstep with spectacular views, local shops around the corner. Quiet house with friendly female home owner. sweet cats. Happy to chat and offer tips and advice of where to visit and make you feel at home.

The Stable Room @ Combe Hay, Bath

Come and enjoy our gorgeous Stable Room @ Combe Hay. Just 4 miles from the beautiful Georgian City of Bath yet situated in beautiful and peaceful countryside. It is very easy to get into Bath by car or by bus using the nearest park and ride site. The room is very spacious and is beautifully decorated using many furnishings and accessories from Neptune. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.

Lots of stairs We have been told that while your room and bathrooms are clean, tidy and freshly decorated, the rest of the house has more of a family lived in feel! (definitely a family home feel and not a sleek modern squeaky clean apartment!)
