This unique place has a style all its own designed to emulate a Ranger Retreat /Fire Tower. The cabin has a commanding view of Chimney Rock and Hickory Nut Falls/Gorge. The cabin was built out of 100+year old reclaimed materials with 15 foot vaulted ceilings on the main floor. With poplar bark walls, incredible lighting, hand cut slate floors your stay is guaranteed to be enchanting. Sit in the hot tub and look at a waterfall while listening to another waterfall behind you and river below you.

Authentic log cabin tucked into Black Mountain near the attractions. Peaceful and quiet location close to Chimney Rock (15mins) and Downtown Black Mountain (25mins). *The road is open to locals. GPS may try to take you long way. Enjoy the sunset from the hot tub, dine outside under the tree canopy, cozy up by the fireplace or enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch swing. 1850’s Settlers Cabin

The Settlers cabin is located 21 miles from Asheville and 12 miles from Chimney Rock State Park. It is located on 9 acres of private property with Mountain View’s all around. A very private setting with a .5 mile concrete paved driveway, one lane. A great way to get your morning or evening walk in. Apple orchards and nature all around. Wifi Hi speed 370+ &Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom is located in the loft a common area with a queen size and a full size bed both accessible from the stairs.

The Artful Dodger Getaway Cabin Charming & Unique

Our cabin is in the gated Riverbend community on a quiet wooded lot and is very cozy and comfortable inside and out. It is perfect for a couple's getaway from city hustle and bustle. Wildlife abounds in the area. Inside are all the comforts of home, including a very comfortable Sealy memory foam king mattress. There is a big Ingles and several restaurants nearby. Chimney Rock and the lake (Lake Lure) are under repair and closed for the season. Our private lake is open and as pretty as ever.

After Hurricane Helene swept through and left the area devastated, we’ve worked hard to rebuild our Riverfront Cottage-a cozy, updated retreat just minutes from Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, Hendersonville, and Asheville. While the backyard and deck were damaged, they’ve been lovingly restored, and the home is ready once again to welcome guests. Nestled beside a rushing river, this peaceful cabin sleeps four and offers the perfect place to relax, recharge, and support a community rising again.
