Bastia Umbra: soggiorni in alloggi che accettano animali domestici

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Siamo stati così bene con i bambini in questa bellissima casa che ci è dispiaciuto lasciarla. Tutto era perfettamente attrezzato. Siamo rimasti colpiti dall’ospitalità premurosa e attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Grazie di cuore!

casa molto bella, con giardino grande, ben curato. la posizione è molto comoda per girare la regione. si arriva in 10 minuti ad assisi, 20 a perugia e spello, 40 a gubbio. unica nota da considerare è che c'è una sola doccia nella casa, quindi per 5 ospiti potrebbe non essere molto comodo. noi eravamo in 3 ed era tutto ok.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Mi sono sentito a casa. Con tutta la famiglia al seguito, nonni compresi, siamo stati benissimo. Casa con ampi spazi interni ed esterni, con nessun disturbo vicino e nessun pericolo intorno. Prato verde curatissimo, spettacolare per far giocare e correre il nostro cane dopo il lungo viaggio in auto. Ottimo punto di partenza per tantissime mete, nel raggio di 30/40 minuti di auto. Complimenti a Federica per la gestione impeccabile della casa.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Soggiorno impeccabile, casa sempre calda al punto giusto sia di giorno che di notte, Sara ci ha offerto qualcosa per fare colazione che è stato molto apprezzato, le notti splendide nel mezzo della bellezza dei boschi e il silenzio. Il prezzo per un appartamento così è veramente buono, e sinceramente non vediamo l’ora di tornare, é stato triste dover essercene già andati, anche il cane ormai si era innamorato del posto! A short while ago, we (4 adults of the same family) stayed in this house. It is located nearby lake Trashmeno and you can have a great view from the house. The traditional house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The house is specious, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. It is clean. Above all, The hosts Sheetal and Vittorio are super helpful. They waited us at the door steps, gave us all the detailed information about What to do, Where to eat & drink, supermarket, etc. and also helped us to make a restaurant reservation. They responded to our questions throughout with detailed information and links. They are the best hosts to us. Sheetal and Vittorio, many thanks. If we could, we'd like to spend our holiday here again. It is highly recommended.

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

We had the most perfect time here, the photos don’t give this property the justice it deserves, it honestly exceeded our expectations. Definitely a hidden gem, just absolutely stunning. A perfect slice of Umbria, with a gorgeous pool surrounded by fields of olive trees. Will defiantly be recommended this property and cannot wait to return one day.

If you want to experience heaven on Earth, stay at this getaway in Spello. You will never open your doors onto a view like this anywhere else! The hot tub was a really nice bonus, and the house was very comfortable for our extended family. Barbara was so helpful, from planning our trip to answering questions during our stay as well as providing every amenity you could think of. We will always think fondly of our time here!

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Wer bei Reilly einen Ort zum Entspannen sucht, hat ihn auf jeden Fall gefunden. Man hat einen fantatischen Blick über das Tal und Ruhe wenn man sie sucht. Ein Haus mit allem Komfort den man benötigt um unbeschwerte Tage zu verbringen. Gut Essen kann man definitv in Montefalco und guten Wein und ausgezeichnetes Olivenöl findet man ebenso. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden ind sorglos glücklich

Perfekte Oase für einen Familienurlaub Die Lage ist einfach herrlich – abgeschieden und ruhig, weit weg von der Hektik des Alltags. Das weitläufige Grundstück ist ein echtes Highlight: Es gibt schöne Pergolas, die zum Essen, Spielen und Entspannen im Freien einladen. Der Pool ist fantastisch – er wird täglich gereinigt, bietet bequeme Liegen und ausreichend Sonnenschirme. Besonders schätzten wir, dass das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist, was es ideal für Haustiere macht. Die Schlafzimmer sind charmant eingerichtet, mit bequemen Betten, die für erholsamen Schlaf sorgen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Auch die Sauberkeit war top – mit einer gründlichen Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die schnelle und kompetente Beantwortung all unserer Fragen, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Ort für einen unvergesslichen Familienurlaub, den wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen können.

We absolutely loved our two-week stay at Lucy and Tommy’s house. The house itself is beautiful, and the garden is truly a haven of peace - we spent so much time there, fully unwinding and recharging. From the moment we arrived, Lucy and Tommy were wonderful hosts, always available and incredibly helpful. They provided great local recommendations, and we were also lucky enough to try their delicious homemade olive oil. The house is located in an extremely peaceful area, surrounded by trees and nature, which made our stay even more relaxing. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and we truly hope to visit again in the future.

L'appartamento di Angela è al piano terra di un bel palazzo con parco di ulivi appena fuori dalle mura di Assisi. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la posizione, che consente di raggiungere il centro storico di Assisi a piedi, e la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nel parco della villa.

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

Il soggiorno allo chalet di Steve non è stata solo una vacanza ma una bellissima esperienza, una meritata fuga dal mondo. Per tre giorni siamo rimasti immersi nel verde e nel silenzio vivendo la confortante semplicità del posto senza sentire nessuna necessità di prendere la macchina e spostarci se non per una piccola spesa il primo giorno. Lo chalet infatti è fornito dell'essenziale per cucinare e il gentilissimo Steve è stato sempre pronto a fornirci tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Inoltre abbiamo gradito molto la presenza di due cani, Jack e Jill, super coccoloni che venivano ogni mattina a darci il buongiorno. Da tornarci assolutamente.

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

Raffaella war eine hervorragende und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Schönes romantisches altes Haus. Extrem ruhig und zurückgezogen. Herrlich entspannend. Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.
