Direkt bei der Wohnung Gebührenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten. Für Pendler ist der Busstop nur 1 min entfernt, und der Bahnhof erreicht man in 5 min. Von dort aus können Sie Bequem in die Hauptstadt Luxembourg reisen. Die Wohnung selbst, auf dem 1 Stock gelegen,Schlafzimmer für 2 Pers. Badezimmer mit Dusche,Toilette und einer kleine Küche

Genieße das originelle Flair im liebevoll restaurierten Fachwerkhaus. Tolle Lage mit Sonnenterrasse an der Ahrquelle, See und diversen Restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig und Ahrradweg kreuzen hier. Sie haben den gesamten oberen Teil des Hauses für sich allein! Die Wohnung ist nicht abschließbar da Notausgang. Fast alle Gäste sind extrem zufrieden! Nicht gut geeignet für Allergiker, bei körperlichen Einschränkung und akustischer Sensibilität (Glocken). Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

Du wirst das Loft lieben wegen dem Platz im Freien, den Garten, den Kamin innen für die Gemütlichkeit, 63qm zum Wohlfühlen in altem Gemäuer mit Lehmputz innen. Auf der Galerie ist ein 160cm breites Bett und ein Schreibtisch, unten eine Schlafcouch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Eifelfans. Alt trifft Neu ist das Motto: Alte Balken knacken auch mal, der Regen prasselt aufs Dach= Vor- und Nachteil?

Zur Innenstadt sind es 4 km, es besteht eine sehr gute Busanbindung. Das Apartement befindet sich im 2 OG und hat einen eigenen abschließbaren Eingang. Ein privater PKW Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus. Das kleineTageslichtbad ist mit einer Dusche, WC und Waschbecken ausgestattet.
