Ett stort öppet vardagsrum med fullt utrustat kök. Inglasat uterum som kan öppnas helt mot trädäcket. I stora badrummet finns dusch och badkar, samt tvättmaskin. I det mellanstora huset, som är på 25 kvm, finns fyra sovplatser. Ett litet kök samt toalett & dusch. I friggeboden finns sovplats för tre. Fester är inte tillåtet

Varmt välkomna till denna fantastiska villa med högt och unikt läge med en magisk utsikt över Hakefjorden och Tjörnbron! Den stora tomten bjuder en vidsträckt vy över land, hav och öar. Denna väl omhändertagna och moderna villa ligger i ett mycket lugnt och trivsamt läge i omtyckta Röreviken. Badrocksavstånd till nyrenoverad bastu och till salta bad vid bryggan en liten bit nedanför huset. Röreviken är ett barnvänligt och populärt område med närhet till Stenungsund, bara 5 min från huset.

The house is 170 square meters and newly renovated. A total of 4 bedrooms and the garden have a big lawn. The house is located in a quiet area, just 2,5km to swim in the ocean, 10km to Gothenburg city and 2 minutes walk to the bus. It's also possible to charge your electric car at the driveway. The outdoor room is easy to open up so you can dine there no matter the weather. Bedset and towels are included since nov 2024. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.

Ta med familjen och vännerna till byn Ängalag, mellan Båstad (8 km) och Torekov (4 km). Här bor du i ett gästhus, i en flygelbyggnad, på en liten gård nära hav, natur och sju golfbanor. I området finns många vackra utflyktsmål, som Norrvikens trädgårdar, Hovs hallar och Tora vingård, samt fina stränder, vandrings- och cykelleder. Det nyrenoverade, och fullt utrustade, huset på 80m2 har stora sällskapsytor. Huset har två uteplatser och det finns tillgång till en stor gräsmatta.

Ett personligt hem där ni både kan nyttja Göteborgs nöjen och njuta av grillkvällar med kvällsol. Trädgården har studsmatta och ett stenkast bort ligger en fin lekplats.
