Bo mysigt och fridfullt i gammal korsvirkeslänga från 1800-talet. Läget är lantligt med djur och natur bara utanför dörren men samtidigt nära till stad, restauranger, nöje, shopping samt strand/bad. Här bor du lugnt och rymligt på ca 120kvm med 2 sovrum, kök, stort vardagsrum med soffa, tv och matplats samt badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin & torktumlare. Intill huset finns lummig, insynsskyddad uteplats med grill alldeles bredvid hagar med får och hästar. Bilen kan du parkera precis utanför.

Converted stable, many handmade details restored 2010-15 with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 5 beds + sofa bed. Neighbor with Arild's vineyard near the sea. 6-700 meters to restaurants and harbor. Wood burning stove for warmth and coziness. Since we try to keep our prices as low as possible, we let you choose your desired service level. Bed linen and towels can be added, at a cost of SEK 120 per set , final hours cleaning for SEK 500. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Splendid holiday home in center of Båstad

Ett rymligt och fullutrustat semesterhus som fungerar lika bra på sommaren som på vintern. Öppen planlösning med öppen spis matdel, och TV-hörna på ovanvåningen. Två sovrum gör det idealiskt för fyra personer med möjlighet till en extrabädd på ovanvåningen (tillägg per natt tillkommer för extrabädd). Vi erbjuder normalt inte lakan eller handdukar, men kan erhållas mot extra avgift av 200kr per gäst.

Nybyggt hus (2019) på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
