Cucina moderna molto ben attrezzata, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale nel cortile (grande tranquillità!), una camera seconda con un ottimo divano letto. 1 bagno, doccia-WC 1 bagno con vasca. Stazione di Vélib di fronte all'edificio, 2 stazioni della metropolitana a poche decine di metri di distanza.
